Admission to the college can be gained through the JEE Main exam, the Orissa Joint Entrance Exam, or based on 12th-grade marks. The faculty is supportive and effective in teaching, ensuring students learn without undue stress. The BTech program costs INR 3,20,000 for four years, which is about INR 80,000 per year.
Placement opportunities are limited, with only 50 to 60 percent of students finding jobs through campus recruitment. Companies like Zenus, Atharva Foundation, and Lansoft have visited for recruitment. Students can start internships from their 3rd year. Minority students from BC, SC, and ST communities can apply for government scholarships. Although the college does not offer its own scholarships, it helps students secure bank loans at a 12 percent interest rate.
