Mangalore University established Center for Distance Education in 2004 as per the National Education Policy to impart higher education at UG and PG level. It is accredited with ??Grade by NAAC. To get admission, the student should have completed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian Board. Then they will have to give the entrance and on same basis they will be called for the admission.
Students with 45% marks in SSLC any specialization are allowed to register for the course. Application form has to be completed and sent through post with DD for application form fees. Selected candidates will receive the admission card.

Applications from eligible candidates are invited in offline mode and applicants can purchase the form from a designated office of Director/Co-ordinator by remitting an amount of via bank challan or DD.To be eligible for UG programs candidates should have passed 2-year PUC or 3-year Diploma recognized by the University.Candidates seeking admissions to B.Ed program should appear in Common Entrance Test conducted by the Mangalore University.
