My College

Likes

The college campus is huge and beautiful. Every necessary thing one can get very easily.
The culture is great. It promotes extra curricular activities like singing, dancing, fashion via many cultural societies. It also helps to improve skills via societies like robotics.
The teachers are knowledgeable and very muck skilled. As most of them have professional experience.

Dislikes

The fee my college is taking is very high. It is very much tough for a middle class family to bear.
The placement facilities are not good enough for the branches except branches like CS, IT or Electronics.
There is not enough opportunity to get enough practical knowledge or to groom ourselves to make us placement ready

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for the placements. Many companies visited during our placement time. Some of them are Accenture, Cognizant, IBM, Wipro, Ericson, Bajaj Electrical etc. Out of 3000 students on the campus, they offered jobs to 1200 students. The highest package was around 300000 and the average package was 250000. Around 40 per cent of students got placed. I planned to get a decent job after the degree.

KIIT IN A NUTSHEL

Likes

The campus of the collage is very large and have many extracurricular activities such as modeling ,dance ,football ,debate activities
The rules are very tangeable the mess fodd is not very nice but apart from it every thing is nice
The academic curriculum is nice aswell as the teacher's are very helpful they are one of the most educated teachers many from NIT and IIT

Dislikes

Hostel food is not as good as I thought but eatable
The hot weather of bhuvaneshwar is quite frustrating
The water of bhuvaneshwar makes your hair problems much worst

Placement Experience:

The placement option of KIIT is top notch and usually and average package of 8-9 LPA is there many companies like TATA,JSW,AMAZON, MICROSOFT AND LAMBORGHINI comes for hiring in KIIT Also after getting the degree KIIT sees that if the student is placed on not for 2 years My plans after getting the degree is to do MTech

CAMPUS INFRASTRUCTURE AND GREENERY IS AWESOME
CAMPUS HOSTEL AND MEAL OVER THERE IS UNMATCHABLE
ACADEMIC CURRICULAM ARE WELL MAINTENED AND WELL ORGANISED

Dislikes

BRANCH CHANGING POLICY WAS NOT AVAILBLE FOR ALL STUDENTS
TECHFESTS ARE NOT ORGANISED ON BIG SCALE
ACADEMIC WISE LIBRARY WAS NOT ENOUGH WITH BOOKS

Placement Experience:

1.AFTER 6TH SEMESTER PALCEMENTS STARTS . 2.IT COMPANIES LIKE TCS,WIPRO,INFOSYS,HCL,TECH MAHINDRA,CAPGEMINI,COGNIZENT,AND AMNY MORE IT COMPANIES COME FOR PALCEMENTS. 3. ALMOST 100 PERCENT OF STUDENTS GETS PLACED AT THE CAMPUS PLACEMENT

KIIT College Unveiled: A brief exploration of Excellence

Likes

College Culture and Enviroment is very Nice. Mainly Faculties are very helpful.
Many Societies are there where we can participate and become a member of that Society.
College Placement is assured and very good with an average CTC of 6Lpa.

Dislikes

Assignments are given to student in bulk
College Fee is quite high and cannot be affordable for mainly low economy family students.

Placement Experience:

From the start of the 4th Semester, placement gets started. Companies like Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, and Capgemini do bulk hiring from KIIT. Top MNCs like Microsoft, and Amazon also do hiring with a great placement offer. The average CTC provided is 6Lpa. The highest CTC provided by Amazon in 2022 which is 40Lpa.

KIIT DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teacher are too good. They are very friendly and too helping in nature. There are total 8 semester which will be covered in 4 years. Each sem has one mid semester in between. So in a year there are 2 mid semester and 2 end semester.

KIIT Review

Remarks:

There are many pros than cons, so if I'll have to point out to any cons of our college then it would be its location, it is situation at a place where it gets very hot, one more thing I would add is street food around our college is unhealthy.

It was good 4 years experience

Remarks:

College is good in terms of placement ,but majority of the companies were IT companies. Not much opportunities for core branch students to get a core company, where they can utilize their knowledge.
