KIIT School of Electrical Engineering Bhubaneswar Faculty

There is a good amount of faculty in our college. If I may say the ratio it may be like 40:1. Most of the faculties are friendly towards the students. You can approach them for guidance. I can name some of the faculties I liked Prashnajit Behera sir, Somnath sir. I liked them because of the love and care they showed me and the guidance they provided me for both my academic and personal growth. There were some faculties I did not like because of their behaviour and their unfriendly nature. Now coming to the exam patterns in each semester there were 3 exams. First, there was a mid-sem exam, then the end-sem exam and the lab practical exams. I can say the difficulty level of these exams was moderate. Very few of the students failed. The course was mainly focused on the theoretical parts and it lacks the touch of the real like practical knowledge.

Most of the teacher's have done PhD in their respective fields and many are from NIT and IIT with many patient on their name. They have a reash facility there where many PHD teacher's do their research and have got many regogination

All the faculty are very nice and helpful. The most important thing about them is that they are very interactive and do not impose their theory on us. They give us time to develop our own ways and elaborate on that.

Some faculty were good and interactive, but some pretty uncaring and just attended the class to complete the course. Most of them were qualified from IITs and NITs. Overall it was pretty average.
