My Experience of Indira Gandhi College of Arts and Science Puducherry

Likes

I liked the staffs behaviour they are very friendly and eco friendly and teaches good and can understand easily
I liked the building even it is small and compact it is very easy to find a place and can roam around the college campus within a minutes it very useful to reach the last end from the entrance

Dislikes

There are minimum working days in a month there is only around a 15 working days they announcing leave for a every silly reasons if any staff was absent on a day our HOD will announce a leave on that day
There is not a fixed timing for the college they send the students in different times for each day one day they will have a full day and next day is a half day that may affect the comfort of going home by bus or in any other public transport

Fees and Financial Aid:

There is no need to pay a big amount as fees minimum fees only like everyone can afford, The complete cost of education including tuition, service fees and other compulsory charges are comes under 15000 in this amount itself u can pay your full fees for the 3 years of your college life, Scholarships are provided that can apply anyone it only applicable for students who are not having arrears in any subject if a student passing in all the subjects he/she can applicable to recieve scholarship it's around 1500 to 2000 per year

Honest and simple review of IGCAS

Likes

Good and friendly faculty and neat lab maintainence
Focused and more determined for academic best teaching

Dislikes

No cultural events not even celebrating or speaking about any festivals
Library books were poorly maintained no proper transport

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees structure is best like with yearly once just have to pay 2500rs. It's a best affordable one for all the families to make their childrens study. There were many Government scholarships being issued from college. We can get into top companies for research and labs
