NERIM Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Firstly to the one who's reading it, let me tell you one thing. If you're very much motivated enough about any subject you want to choose then definitely go for it. In my honest review, Social Work never came to my mind at first thought. It took me a lot of research and time. Let me give you a brief of what exactly is Social Work. Most of you would say that it's about helping people, and a lot of other stuff. But readers, I must tell you one thing, Social Work isn't just limited to the idea of helping people, it is also about making people capable enough to help themselves. And for that work, you need a whole different level of motivation. The best part about this course (BSW), it gives you both practical and theoretical-based forms of learning, so obviously, you can imagine that you don't have to sit and attend classes till 5 in the evening. Fieldwork is the core subject here, and with that, you would get other important papers like Public Health, Criminology, and Community Organisation.

For BBA you r eligible from the 5th-6th sem to sit for placement and for MBA campus placements start from the 3rd semester onwards companies like Flipkart, ICICI, Kotak, Axis Bank etc come for placement.

I have always been interested in the IT sector. So I choose this course. In Nerim, faculty members are very friendly and teach us very nicely. Each semester we have two examinations at the semester and end semester. In between these, they conduct class tests also.

At the time of final years, there are companies like Wipro and TCS who visit campus for placements. The average package is 4 lakhs and the highest package till now is about 8 lakhs. About 30 % of students get placements from BCA courses which is very high according to other colleges. I will choose for MBA or MCA after BCA

The education sytem of Nerim is really good, and moreover the teachers beyond the expectation. The library is of the college campus is the place where i used to spend most of the time. I always had a keen interest towards how a company works. I always wanted to become an HR, which made me study this particular subject.

In our department placement is given by college.

College is in close proximity to my home, The faculty of my course are very good as majority of them are Phd holders, College provides decent placement considering the ROI. Highest placement was recieved by MBA grad of Finance specialisation - 10 lakhs. Average package 3.5-4 LPA

Our college is very good for an MBA course. Fees for this course is also not very high. And good for placement opportunities. Seats are also limited. So for getting admission you need to get good marks in qualifying examination.

Campus interviews are held in the institution where students get qualified to sit for as they attend last semester of the course and so. Many companies do visit the campus with lot more opportunities to the students. Decent salary packages are offered to the students.

I got to sit in interview, got selected after 2 rounds. The principal himself took interview in the second round. They weren't that familiar but it was ok type. Had to sit there since morning till evening. Some of students who had comparitively lesser % got selected without interview.
