I qualified the Joint Entrance Test (JET) and was called in for an orientation accompanied by an interview. The final merit list is given on basis of JET, orientation and the interview subject to qualifying medical test.

The college had everything from cool infrastructure to good academic life. Faculty and Seniors were too supportive and good. The course curriculum was too advanced for the welfare of the students. There is no negative comment about the university.

The institute also has a day reserved for the Founder? day when all the cultural associations display their cultural heritage in front of the entire campus. There are various events every semester- Music Night, Cultural Night, Workshops, Athletics, football, tennis.

My admission into the University was through the Joint Entrance Test (JET). I have submitted my application on University's official portal. There i filled the required informations and uploaded the asked documents. Then I submitted the registration fees and within few days I received my examination date. After the test I received a call from University, and was asked to report on campus in those following days in order to carry out further paperworks.

A Joint Entrance Test (JET) is held by Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune and Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI), Kolkata. Different parameters determine the performance of written and oral examination, a final merit list is announced by the Institute for the selection of candidates. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of 1st and 2nd result lists each carrying 50% weightage in subject to qualifying on a medical test.

FTII, Pune is a very well-known University. Candidate across India take admission to this old and prestigious University. I took my admission through the online form submission. The admission is completely based on entrance exam.Within few days of selection I received my joining letter and according to the mentioned date I appeared in the university in order to carry out my documentations and paper works.

I have always had an ardent interest in the field of cinematography and storytelling. My association with this college began as I gave the JET, qualifying which I was invited for a personal interview along with an orientation session.
