Thougts about vhnsnc

Students view on course curriculum

The curriculum in the b.com department is not more relevance to the current situation. Clear decisions are not taken by the curriculums. Because it is not practical.some of the syllabus is practical and relevance to the current days. And also the syllabus are very comprehensive. In internal exams they conduct two exams in a day . In that situation the syllabus are not be prepared well.but the teaching methods are practical and they have good relationship with the students.

Internship opportunity in various organization provided by the college

The internship opportunities are more available in my college . They collect the fees to travel to industries or company and teach the students to what they have followed. Around 200 companies at local and international levels. For my course most of the internship was provide by TMB bank. The companies like reliance, TATA, GOOGLE , and some local companies.

Placement scenario in the campus

After complete the 6th semester without arrears they will be eligible for the campus placements. In the 6th semester after the syllabus completed by the staff. They help to prepare for the placements by providing extra class in a leave days. Around 300 to 350 students get selected for the placements to get into the job . Now I'm studying b.com 2nd year. After completing my degree . I will go to PG for another college for better experience.

Various scholarship available in the college

The fees was paid by year wise. And the fees was increased by year to year. The scholarship are available for the students. The name of the scholarships are NSP , SSP and also many private scholarship' are available. The tution fees for aided students is between 6000 to 20000 according to their course. They ask exam fees nearly 100 to 200. Many opportunities are available for the students.

Students view on campus life

In my campus life is ok but not satisfied. Because my class room situated near the toilet. The smell was always incurred into the class rooms. They created bad feel into the campus. The basic faculties are provided.but in my department the festivals are celebrated monthly . The overall college was excellent in conducting festival. This brings the students to deliver the performance in the college platform. The sports and extracurricular activities are very good.they offered many activities like gym, swimming, NCC, NSS etc.
Extra-Curricular

Students view on faculties and examination in the college

Around 115 staffs in aided and 91 staffs in self course. The faculty to student relationship is very good. They have good interact with the students. I like my economics staff. Because she always encouraging students and she is good guidance for her students. In my opinion commerce, economics, maths staff are the best faculties. I didn't like some staffs in tamil and English department. Because they always behave rude and strict . There are 2 internal exams for one semester. In my class around 8 students had fail to clear the exams . The arrear exams fees around 125 rs per paper.

Admission process and college competence

I like to prefer this college for short distance with my native place. And also it is one of the best college in my surroundings. The fees is affordable and get good education to the students. I already applied for anja college in Sivakasi and thiagaraja college in madurai. I reject that college because of long distance and the mobile is not allowed in the hostel. The admission process in my college is done by TMB bank . The fees is paid to the bank which is situated in to the college.

Night Life

In my surroundings, one of the biggest general library in my college . It is very useful to the students . Any free hour is available the students these time to go to the library and spending their time in book reading and searching for competitive exams. They also provide the book by receiving college token . Every department have separate library. The gym ,cafe and other public area closed at 6pm. In my the hangout places Ara ground , cafeterias. My college is situated outer the town of virudhunagar.
