- Delhi University offers direct admission to students who have completed their BA English Literature from any of the Colleges affiliated with Delhi University.

- The candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST/PwD category can apply in case they have obtained 54% marks as well in their graduation candidates. 50% of the total seats are reserved for direct admission.

The candidates in the final year are also eligible to apply, but they need to produce their exam scores at the time of counselling (with at least minimum marks required).
