- It has a good brand image which helps after college life as well.
- It has good faculty and staff members who help a lot.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not as expected. It does not match with its name.
- Canteen food is sometimes tasteless and is unhealthy.
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year, students become eligible for campus placements. Zomato, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Berkadia, etc, the number of offers are around 500-700 Highest package offered is 36LPA and average is 8LPA. 25-30% students are getting placements. My plan is to pursue MBA after the course.

- I liked the infrastructure especially the library corner which is pretty decent. One will be able to come across a ton of books of each and every subject and it is well maintained as well. I feel like the behaviour of some staffs need to improve.
- The students were friendly as well. They didn't reveal any attitude and didn't illtreat anybody.
Dislikes
- Behaviour of some staff. I think it's common you cannot raise your expectations high irrespective of any college.
Placement Experience:
From 3rd semester the students become eligible for campus placements. Various top firm companies like Deloitte, PWC paid visit alongside local companies like Spring river a. The highest package in our department was offered by EXL. Average package offered by companies was around 4 lpa. Around 60-70% of students got placed. My plans is to pursue MTech by cracking the GATE Exam.
Likes
- The college faculty for evening department is excellent and highly qualified ,though i personally preferred the younger professors as their teaching style was easier to follow and fun but all the professors are amazing and extremly helpful
- The college infrastructure and amenities are top notch, the college has its own xerox shop, atm as well as a stationery shop which is convinient.Washrooms are properly cleaned and highly sanitary and hygeinic. The college library is top notch.
Dislikes
- The attendence is extremely strict ,for students studying CA.CMA .CFA or any other professional course ,the syllabus maybe familiar to a certain extent but the attendence is definately merciless.
- The semester durations are short but the syllabus is rigorous, u will barely have time to breathe and semester exams have arrived and if you are studying for a professional course then it can be extremely rigorous.
Placement Experience:
The college has its placement cell for internship opportunities and final placement. The final year students are required to register for the placement through the placement portal of our college paying a fee of 500/-, to get all the required updates regarding placement. Our college has companies (including the big 4) coming in with placement offers and the package ranges from 3.83 lakhs up to 15-20 lakhs p.a.

After the 4th Semester students are eligible for placements . Nearly around 400+ companies are visited and offers placement to large numbers of students offering highest package of 12LPA by Deloitte, PWC etc.. around 50-60% students are placed in company with average package of 5LPA I also got offer from RINEX TECHNOLOGIES with a package of 5.2LPA and I opted for it

- The college societies, loved them I applied for all of them and surprisingly got into all of them, have made the best of friends in them.
- The people I met, insanely smart and knowledgeable.
Dislikes
- The small size of the campus is definitely a con and the infrastructure is also not upto mark
- The reservation bias is something to be considered, you will study with a person scoring 70-75% which makes the cutoff seem useless.
Placement Experience:
The placements of St Xavier's are good, the average package for B.com hons is about 7-7.2LPA and the highest being at 24LPA. Students become eligible for placements in their 5th sem. About 40% of the batch gets placed. Companies like Zomato, mc Kinsey, Morgan Stanley, Ey appear for placements.

- Different Societies, Fests, Football Competition, Xavotsab, Clean Water, Healthy Canteen Food, Great Faculty, No Ragging, Helpful Seniors
- The discipline here is too strict. So for some students it might be difficult here but its what makes the college different from other colleges.
Dislikes
- Course Fees are too high for some courses with additional costs.
- 75% attendance is strictly followed here.
Placement Experience:
After graduating, the students become eligible for placement and the campusing is very important and also the internships play a major role here. There are many big companies that visit the campus as, Microsoft, Infosys etc. They make a huge offer to these students because the skills, they learn through this curriculum, are highly demanded. According to the records, highest package is around 22 LPA and average package is nearly 12 LPA. Students get placements according to their learnings, so there is no guaranteed percentage. I have no plans till now.

The placement cell of the college brings companies and you can apply for a job according to their wants. There are companies like ZXomato, Microsoft, google , etc. that visited our college and as far as i heard the average packakage is 600000 LPA

- Mandatory attendance. Marks get deducted if attendance is less than 90%

Placement cell is great. Almost all the students who apply get placed from our department the average package is around 6 lpa for our department. Students become eligible for placements in their last year.

- Faculty is not very helpul and they are least bothered abput how you are understanding or rarely take your doubts or problems.
- Syllabus is very huge and time for the semester as compared to other colleges is very less

Placements in our college is average and if you are pursuing any professional course you've a Usp and for students only purusuing the course won't get high package or else many of the students opt for off campus Placements. You'll be eligible in Semester 5 for Campus Placements. Companies like Delloite, PWC, KPMG, D.E. SHAW, BYJUS and many more companies visit and few the companies also have certain conditions like your past performance, SGPA, Arrear, etc. Highest package was 13.5 LPA and average can be 3-5 LPA And around 30% of the students get Placements. And I'm planning to pursue my professional course(CA).

In the 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Though you can start doing internships from the first semester. MNCs like Google, J P Morgan, Deloitte have visited in the past years. There is a placement cells to deal with this matter. You can be a part of the placement cell also. Highest package is 17 LPA and on an avarage package is 5-6 LPA. My plan after graduating is to study further for post graduate degree.
