The tution fees does not increase, total fees for this course is 51000, while per year fees is 17000. There are lots of scholarship option available for meritorious students and internship options via DU summer fest and placement cell investment fair. I had undertaken the role of executive member for the sociology association of Sociology department at my college. It was a wonderful experience.
The fees are quite affordable at around 11-12 k a year. In addition to the low fees the examination fees are also on the lower side and concessions are also provided to PWD candidates, individuals who lost their earning members to covid and various other scholarships
The fees for our course were very minimal as it was 12000 per year for three years. I got many internships with a stipend during the college internship fairs that were held every March on the college campus itself.
Students for economically weaker background can fill up the scholarship form and submit it to their respective. Scholarships only provide some book grant. Students who take entry by entrance exam can not get any scholarship.
I have not opted for any scholarship or education loan yet, but I guess one can avail it. one has to talk to the college authorities regarding it.
