The fees are feasible even for a person of the low middle class can afford per year. The college provides some scholarships to students whose family income is low, by which they get 50% or even 100% fee back. It can be said according to fees education is fine. The jobs for the bio-chem department didn't happen that frequently as the majority of internships are for the arts and commerce stream.

The fee is absolutely appropriate. It is only 15000rs, I think that students with a weak financial background would be happy to know that the University of Delhi has low fees as it's a government college. They just need to study hard and pass their boards with a good score (the safe side is above 95%) or clear the entrance exam which may be introduced for 2022 admissions.
No fees hike; Cost to study is minimal TBH your books are going to cost more than your tuition fees Scholarships: I didn't availed them as I'm not eligible. But still there are many scholarships, you can find more info regarding them at your college official website.
I pay 14k per year as my fees with no additional costs. Although college provides scholarships too, we all generally get messages from our teachers about various types of scholarships such as INSPIRE. The college has its own research internship programme as well which is called SRIVIPRA in which students can participate and they might provide a stipend for the same.
