Biotechnology-related companies visit for campus placements in the 4th year i.e 7th semester onwards Usually, students with CGPA above 7.5 are eligible for placements but different companies may have different requirements Core companies like Cryogene, Biocon, and Abbott come for campus placements exclusive for students of the biotechnology domain ATPC is the central placement cell for Amity University and brings companies like Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, ITC, TCS etc for placements For the year 2022 B.Tech Bioinformatics students had 100% placement

Placements are decent and well governed by teachers and the department for it, Everyone mostly goes to study after this so not many people opting for it, Packages have been varied due to Covid but an average of 30K is seen.
From the 6th semester of B. Tech biotechnology, a student becomes eligible to register himself for a placement program. Every year at least 200 students are placed in companies with a handsome salary package. Till now, the highest salary package is 12 lacs. After getting my bachelor's degree I'll plan for my master's in the same field for sure.
1) many internship opportunities are available with the help of faculty, mostly off-campus internships are offered to students based on their marks. 2) First Indian university to become IET academic partner and its Btech programme has been certified 'A' category by NAAC.
Students are eligible from the penultimate semester for placements. Accenture and Wipro were bulk recruiters with 1000+ offers, pay package was 3.5 lakh PA The biggest pay was from a Japanese company, only 2 offers made at 32 lakh PA
Well I did my first internship from Indraprasth Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi in the department of Microbiology and did my second internship from IBRI, Noida on In-silico drug designing. You'll have to look for internships on your own. You'll be provided a time frame to pursue your internship and submit your project report at the end.
There is a proper placement cell in this institute. Every year many prestigious R&D and private companies visit the campus and recruit potential students via interview, GD and other rounds required. It depends on company to company. The placement season is from roughly November to May. Average package is around 4-5 LPA. BTech and MTech students usually get the higher package, as compared to M.Sc students.
As far as i know the job and the placent opportunities in my college is the best all over india , the placement cell of amity adds a edge over other students of different college and universities, yes our college provide internship
Yes,my college provide an in house internship.The internship is in a research lab present in the campus itself. Where you can be a part of a research team working on an ongoing project.The project are funded by government bodies.You dont get any stipened.
