Placement Experience:

Good placement is what is USB of NIA. Since the inception batch of 2005-07, NIA had track record of 100% placement along with increasing median and average packages.NIA is an institution where placements are completed way before other B Schools and same goes for summer internships. All big insurance companies like- Bajaj Allianz, ICIC Lombard, HDFC ergo, Mahindra Brokers, Marsh Brokers, Mrash Mcllenan, Aon Brokers etc, all firms from all domain insurance and risk management visit the campus for placement.

Placement Experience:

The college has a record of 100 percent placement since inception. The placement process starts from 4th trimester ie first trimester 2nd year. The companies that participated are mostly from Insurance sector follwed by IT sector and then consulting. Prominent partners being Marsh Brokers, MMGS, Mahindra Brokers, HDFC ERGO, Bajaj General and many more. Highest package - 22 LPA Avg package - 12.3 LPA My plans are to join the insurance industry by participating in the placement process.

Even were big B schools are students struggling for getting SIP our whole batch is already been placed for SIP.

Connect with industry: NIA has a very strong connects in Insurance domain even after years being graduated from NIA our alumnus gets recognised from our college name.

Campus placement is Excellent of NIA Pune. Each and every student got placed from our senior batch that is of 22-24 batch. Not only students get employment through Campus placement but they also get employment through pre placement offers provided by the company in which they have completed their internship. For being eligible to sit in the campus placement you should clear you 1st year with no backlogs and then you will be allowed to sit in the campus placement process. The companies are segregated on the days basis depending upon the package they offers to the students. 100% students get placed every year.

Some of the top recruiters of NIA Pune included Bajaj Allianz, Swiss Re, Accenture, TATA AIA Life Insurance, Finsall Resources, etc. NIBM Pune Placements 2023 is concluded with 100% placements. Students received 35 PPOs. NIBM Pune's highest package stood at INR 23.50 LPA & NIBM Pune's average package stood at INR 15.22 LPA. The highest number of offers came from the Banking sector (52%). A total of 25 recruiters participated in NIBM Pune Placements 2023. Some of the top recruiters included Bank of America, Airtel Payments Bank, Barclays, Cognizant, Ernst & Young, etc.
