As I choose a Bachelor of commerce in honours because I wanted to do something in management. The faculty members are so attentive to students. As their motive is always to complete the syllabus at least one month before our exams.

The course curriculum is just like any other college in Kolkata providing the same syllabus and contents but what made this college stand out was its quality of professors and ease of teaching. They are really friendly and anyone would fall in love with their discipline and student-teacher relation. All the professors are highly qualified with some being M.Com, M.Phil, PhD, CA, CMA, and LLM qualified degree holders. The exams were conducted timely throughout and we even had pre-final exams to enhance our preparation.

College placement is good. Students are hired by top recruiting companies. After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Companies such as ITC, Infosys. Average package offered was 5 to 7 lakh from different companies. The highest package was 9LPA. 30 to 40 percent students get placement which are based on their knowledge skills. I would also like to have college placement recruitment.

I am doing Bcom not honours for graduation degree Only, along with BCom I am doing Company Secretary. You all can also do the CA/CS/Cma along with Bcom. College exams are conducted by the University of Calcutta.

The final year of BCom ( From the 6th semester) you are eligible to sit for placements. According to my knowledge that I have seen in college placement notice board- TCS, AMAZON, AXIS BANK, IBM, COCENTRIX, INDIGO came here for placements. Very few students are recruited. Like only the top 5-6% of the batch gets placed. The package you may expect 17000-25000 per month. Don't expect much in a UG degree.

Campus placement is not there in the College. But You can apply for an Internship at this college where you can earn money and experience which is quite good In Calcutta University colleges You can't expect any placement, so you have to your master's study

It is a government college. So there is no campusing. After passing out you can get jobs in any companies' finance and accounting department. But college is very affordable and valuable for money. I'll do M.Com after this.

Because my name did not come on St.Xaviers College and also this college have good aspects like study, sports, behaviour, teaching form etc. so i have decided to go there.There is also one reason behind choosing this college is money.

I looked for many college for my subject. Finally i came to know that the college is the 2nd best college for commerce subjects in Kolkata. Also the total tuition fees is affordable for all. The food quality is also well.

This course will help me in building my business so I've chosen it. The faculty: student ratio is good, there will not be any absence of teacher in any of the classes. The faculties have high qualifications and teaches very well. The term exam was lightly tough but easy to pass if a student has studied before.
