The best part of the college is canteen and parking lot.
I often interact with my teacher and their approach towards solving my problem is very good and in a friendly manner.
The reason i chose presidency college was the college is super strict and has good record of successful students and also has great placement records as u know the average package in presidency college is more than 6l.

Dislikes

We cannot play cricket as the campus is not equipped with field
We cannot play football as the campus is not equipped with field
The clubs in college are not supportive and there is no sports

As I like the discipline they have the maintenance of the class rooms corridors and everything is awesome and mostly almost the college hv lack of cleanliness but in this it’s not tht way
The teaching staff they too are well disciplined and well mannered as they don’t break their rules
They conducted cultural fests and as many colleges won’t gv opportunities but this college gives each and every person the proper and suitable opportunity

Dislikes

Their is a very short for parking the vehicles outside the college and should find the places to park

This course has influenced me as I have seen most of my friends and batchmates applying for this course as they all have high time of job opportunities and leaning skills in it and I too like this course and found that course better in this college

Likes

Canteen facility is fantastic in the college having all varieties of food we need and a small open space. The freedom to walk out of college after a period if you aren't feeling good is also a plus point but have to be careful of attendance

Dislikes

The 2nd language options is actually unnecessary,

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is upto the mark but they have to let go some of the stuffs like maths and all are no use in BBA I still don't understand keeping it a curriculum for this course. The curriculum has mostly everything we want.

Likes

The faculty is very supportive and are very teacher friendly.
The college provides good facilities like canteen
They hold alot of ecmxtra curriculum activities

Dislikes

The college does not have good sports team

Placement Experience:

For 3 years students are eligible for campus placements. There are many companies that make offers such as Target , Amazon , many more. Highest average package is 600000 90% of the students get placed over here. My plan after getting a degree is towork for a year and then go abroadfor further studies.

I like the infrastructure and facilities and college environment
Teachers here are very friendly and don't have any racist has I have experienced
College is located in inside City and good and easy to travel

Dislikes

The fest and cultural program are celebrated less compared to other colleges
The food court here is not much to expectations
Security is so strict here and teachers abuse for nri

There is nothing specific aspects that influenced me to choose as I was interested from school and college days The curriculum prepares very well to face the future The difficulty level is not too high here depends on students also

Likes

The college has more co-curricular activities which is a very good point and also the college is focused on student development programs for better skillset and good placement for students
The college offers wide range of activities like sports, dsa classes and also hosts various fests at national level for more exposure and knowledge to students
The staff is also amazing teachers care like your parents and understand you just like your friends

Dislikes

The college has a small campus but is still improving to increase the campus
The college has no transport facilities for ug students
The college should organise more fests and have better placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has various Benefits which focuses on the overall development of skill set and personal learning about finance. I have selected BBA in finance and I have learnt a lot about personal finance, corporate finance, taxation, auditing, etc. The curriculum also provides us the overall outlook on the real world scenarios, which helps us prepare for the interviews in the corporate world the course can improve by providing additional training, and internship opportunities to students. So students can gain more exposure and learn from working as interns. the timings for the exams, usually are for three hours from 9 AM to 12 PM, and the difficulty of exams are moderate to slightly difficult

Likes

College staff are soo humble and carrying out the services and their work honestly
College has different types of students from all over India
No discrimination has been done on the basis of anything

Dislikes

College has small campus and very few shops in canteen
Most of the teachers focus only on the syllabus
College has no ground available for football and cricket

1.From 5th semester college want there students to go for internship and in the between of 5th semester the placement season starts 2 many different types of companies visits the college. Famous companies are TCS, Wipro, Amazon, and many more 3. 80 percentage of students placed 4. MBA

The aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose BBA( FINANCE) is the availability of good finance trainer and their commitment to providing quality training is very good. The curriculum prepares me well for the finance background guy, the subjects taught to us are well versed with finance background.

The college campus is to be loved by the students
The teachers are so approachable and easy going
Even the activites are very much interesting

Dislikes

The canteen is sometimes closed. They usually open only 4-5 days of every week

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 5th semester . Usually Bigfore companies visit amd students are then chosen . The highest package was 18,00,000 [18 LPA] . The percentage of studemts getting placed are 80 percent.

Pros and cons of studying in Presidency College, Bangalore

Likes

The teaching staff’s supportive nature and friendly behaviour.
The placement enforcement and companies visiting.
The method of teacing through ppts and case studies.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not upto the mark it is pretty much like a school. In fact my school was 10 times the size of college
No playground for sprts there’s only a basketball court where badmiction and throwball also is played
No timetable is provided we come unexpectedly to a free class in the morning.

Placement Experience:

The college placement department is very active they come to classrooms and encourage us to register for a visiting company. The packages offered though are not very good but the fees Roi is achievable in a year. Approx 80% students register for placements and they are placed with at least 2.5 lpa rest of the 20% opt fo entrepreneurship including me.
