Every year our college held internship fair which help students to grow and big companies recruiter also come to our college to give the placement opportunities to students.
Another thing that i liked is the financial affordability and the aids that the college is offering to the students who are not financially sound
Academics is great in my college. my college have best faculty of professor with great experience and knowledge

Dislikes

Placement - the rate of placement is low as compared toh other colleges
Most of the times the classes get cancelled by the teachers which causes discomfort for many students
The fees are quite affordable but still, it becomes a little difficult to afford for the students of very low academic economic backgrounds.

Likes

Infrastructure is a thing which reflects in the college's beauty
I really like the canteen affordability and food quality here.
Ground: here we get every sports facility from table tennis to cricket.

Dislikes

Some of the faculty isn't approachable here
Rainwater management system is very poor. This year the canteen was filled with water.
Sports items mostly aren't available and aren't enough for the students

After the 5th semester students become eligible for the campus placement. Companies like Deloitte has also came and gave offers to the student with average package of 5LPA Highest package offered in this college was 8 LPA. Around 40% students get placed every year.

ARSD College, friend or foe.

Likes

I liked the wifi facility here. It is pretty good
NIRF rank ofcourse, got 5th rank all over india this year.
Infrastructure of this college is something undenyable.

Dislikes

Faculty, odd semesters such as 1st 3rd in which new students gets admission to the college during that time classes are very disturbed
Rainwater management, in the canteen and atrium area this year water was got filled up
Lab equipments are veerrry outdated here.

After 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Average campus placement is around 5 to 8 lpa. Some high profile MNCs like Deloitte has visited & made offers to the students. Around 70 to 80% students get placements.

Why it's the best?

The techers are always helpful towards studendt no matter how the student is.
And my college seniors always eager to help juniors no matter where are they from.
And boys and girls ration is like 5 boys 1 girl

Dislikes

The quality of infrastructure is descent likr we have a open gym which is fully damaged and no one talks about that.
Political powers every time people be like support my party blah blah.
I was in degital team of cultural fest last time and clg never give us fund for passes then the security isssue happend and they blame us.

Placement Experience:

?For internship ,students from 1st year are eligible for internships and my placement cell is very active. ? theirs a company who came last year for bcom they gave package for 46 lakhs but no one made But 4 to 6 lakhs package gotted by many of student even one student from my course. ?average of 4 lakhs and highest is 17 lpa ? that is 15/100 students placed ? giving nimceta and doing mca from prestigious colleges

I liked the way of teaching of the teachers of subjects Computer and Maths. If you have any query and doubts also having problems for any thing, Teachers will help you out.
The infrastructure of the college is very well and also placed at the best location which covered from the greenery. I think pollution is less around our college than the other places.
Our college have bigger ground and it covers from the fresh green grasses. I guess this college follow the all rules for maintaining the better environment.

Dislikes

Physics faculty is the thing which I don't like at all specially in the first year because sometimes teachers were busy in their work and didn't remember about the class. It is not a big deal but what if we only come for the physics class.
Some time college office members are like we don't know anything and also behaves very strange to us. They mistakenly add other subjects attendance in our attendance which was not opted by us. It affects on our attendance percentage.
Little bit maintenance, some time the switches of the fans and light not working and also broken

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think my course it good because We study computer science, mathematics and physics as a core subjects which is very useful for our future exams, competitive exams and any other exams. This course is highly relevant as computional tools and methods which are increasingly important in physical science. This course have very advanced topics which is challenging to us but also help to increase our iq level and our knowledge. You should give enough time to this course because if you don't know about the basics than you will face difficulty to understand other things which co relate each other. You need to do hard work for this course .

Best college in South campus. Recommended for Maths major

Likes

The campus is huge with a big canteen, playground, volleyball court and badminton court.
Societies. They offer you with a lot of different active societies like dance, music, art and drama
Safe environment and big classrooms. You will feel safe around the campus and the classrooms are spacious. Also library is nice.

Dislikes

Canteen food. They serve stale food. My friends got serious diarrhea after having noodles from the canteen.
Fests. The scene of fest was not very lit. They do not have a big budget and dont invite big stars.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always excelled in mathematics in school. So, i decided to pursue it for higher studies. You should only choose this course if you want to make a career in mathematics field for example if you want to become a mathematics professor, go into research, become a data scientist or clear exams like JAM, NET, JRF. They do teach softwares like R which is very important but they should include more technologies and coding languages into the course as well. Special mention: if you want to pursue a career in data science i wouldn't recommend this course. I think a computer major would be more helpful.

Likes

The college library is really good and fully air conditioned and you can get every books here.
The college canteen provides good quality food and in very affordable prices.
The college have 3 seminar halls and every hall is fully air conditioned and very big.

Dislikes

The college auditorium is still under construction from very past years
Lockers in the chemistry lab is very old and rusty

Placement Experience:

The college provide placement for different different courses and may not provide for some course but can provide internship to all students through different different college societies. The college societies will also help you in internship

Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma college insides

Infrastructure: The college campus is very beautiful and with a lot of greenenry. The campus may be a little small but its worth it. The college looks like of color red building and a lot of trees.
The events: The college is very happening. Some kind of events are always happening in the college. The Annual fest of the college callled TIDE is very famous in the whole DU.
The Location: Atma Ram is located at a distance of about 150m from the durgabai deshmukh south campus metro which makes it very easy to access and it has a lot of cafes and places to hangout around it .

Dislikes

The faculty: The faculty is Atma Ram is not very great in thinking for students and teaching too. Not everybody is like this but most of them are. So it creates disputes between students and teachers.
Politics: Atma Ram has a strong political front. Two parties active are the happy club and ABVP. They often get into rallies and stuff which disturbs the environment of the college.
Disputes: The political parties of Atma Ram often get into disputes which not only get the students involved but damaging the college property too. This doesnot create a safe environment for the studebts despites efforts to suppress them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i wanted to pursue drugs and phracmacy and the curriculum of the DU in the chem hons course is pretty good and covers and lot of aspects and topics. The curriculum is pretty great and it includes a number if labs which prepares u for working in the future in the same fields and the theoretical part of the curriculum is pretty decent too. Areas of improvement would be the betterment of faculty and addition of more labs and initiatives for internships and real world experience. The exams are held at an interval of 6 months twice a year.

ARSD-The best college in the South Campus of DU

Likes

The college has a positive aura,has got amazing rankings(NIRF-6,NACC A++) to boast about and really qualified faculty for teaching.
The research facilities provided by the college seems great and my course focused more on practical knowledge than the theory part,which seemed great considering the subject.
There were regular classes,the sports facilities are good and the college is marching towards being the best college of the prestigious University Of Delhi

Dislikes

The placement and internship opportunities for science students are less.
The canteen food is not upto the mark, considering the variety and the taste.
Some rooms are really small,so it's difficult for students during summer season.

Placement Experience:

Placements for commerce and economics students are quite high,but not in the case of science. Science students mostly prefer to go for higher studies or prepare for government exams after the completion of course. The highest package was 6 LPA and the average package would be 2-3 LPA. The students would be eligible for placements in their final year of graduation,with a minimum cgpa of 6.5(in most cases). I decide to go for higher studies after the degree.

Things I liked the most are my mates they are so friendly and helpful. They make sure that we passed our university with great memories and good carrier
The exposure they provide by giving chance to join different societies
Professors of mathematics department is well experienced and supportive

Dislikes

I guess they should provide better sports facilities
Obviously I not very keen to politics hence college elections
Less compititive then our school life may be because every students start focusing on their goal and its path

Course Curriculum Overview:

I must say Delhi University course curriculum is really challenging and at the same time well oriented for research section. Moreover that the provide opportunities to choose discipline in 3rd year are helpful to know about the relation of mathematics with the day to day and industries

Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College : The reality behind top NAAC Ranking

The atmosphere of the college is really good. The students come from diverse backgrounds and it is a vibrant place overall
Too many curricular activities and subjects to choose from. We have a wide option of Generic Courses, Value Added Courses and Skill Enhancement Courses apart from our core subjects.
The staff is good. The faculty is very much experienced and very supportive for the students

Dislikes

No auditorium and Air Conditioning except in library and computer labs
The administrative staff has a bunch of rude bureaucrats sitting and doing nothing except yelling in the students. Every paperwork gets delayed because of them
Groupism based on caste present. Favouritism based on political opinions present among teachers.

The students are eligible to sit for placements from 5th sem onwards. However, the avg package does not exceed 5-6 LPA for any course despite good companies visiting our college including Delloite, KPMG etc. we do have some internships otherwise. I would definitely not go for any placement from this college for this low package. Placement ratio is quite decent otherwise. 70-85% students get placed
