My course is Economic Honours, while being in school I really enjoyed learning economics and about the economy that's why I decided to choose this course, the curriculum is applicable to the real world as in my course we generally study the economy and the factors influencing it, exams are held twice a year or once a semester along with various internal assessment test, class test etc, generally the difficulty level is high and I'll consider this course to be tough.

A specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is the academic value of this course and the placement and opportunity after graduation in this course people get packages of more than 20 lakhs after master in this course. And to be honest this course is way difficult. Teacher need to improve teaching methods they have to go little practical with students. Overall this is a good choice to study

This course B.A. (H) Economics is most toughest course of the DU for a reason! The curriculum we have is exactly same as what's taught in the prestigious London school of economics This is probably the only course of DU which does not have any books from indian authors, all the materials that we follow are from English authors This is a very nice course giving you comprehensive knowledge about economics, maths and statistics as well!

I choose Economics Honours as I studied commerce in class 12 and it provides me wide range of future opportunities in different fields as well as in different regions of the world. Curriculum helps students by giving them an insight about real life scenerios and different markets in corporate world. Exams are held at the end of each semester with moderate difficulty and anyone can pass with mild preparation. Apart from assignment and internal assessment are held as practicals which are added in final marksheet as internals.

My course is B.A.(H) ECONOMIC and as per level of difficulty this course is very difficult as I listened and saw also in books. But my teachers made is somehow easy beacuse they take class again if you were not available at that time, they take retest also. And this course has some practical examples we can use it in our practical life also.

The course which i pursued was highly demanding course in the current market structure. It helps in getting into the corporate sector. Many of the students are pursuing MBA from top IIMs and XLRIs from this batch and it has some of the top notch students in this course.

I chose this course because I want to get into core finance & wanted to pursue CFA, & FRM in future. The student-to-faculty ratio is around 40:1 or even lower. All are well-qualified professors from DSE, JNU & ISI Delhi.
As ARSD follows Delhi University's syllabus, according to me the Economic Hons syllabus is one of the best in India. The faculty is on average some teachers are good and some are average types in teaching skills. But the good thing is that every teacher is so helpful. The exams are not easy to Pass, a student has to work hard during the whole year.
I choose b.a economic honours because I liked the subject. The ratio is 35:1 and the faculties are very good. Their teaching method is very good and easy to understand. There were internals and 2-semester end exams conducted in a year and the difficulty level of semester-end exams was moderate.
Maitreyi College offers a better Economics (Hons) program compared to Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma. It offers better student crowd, better placement opportunities, and better student societies. So, your first preference should be Maitreyi. During 2020 placements, Maitreyi DU offered an average CTC of INR 3.5 LPA.
There’s only one drawback, Maitreyi is a girl's college whereas, ARSD is co-ed.
