Student Snaps:

Fees and Financial Aid:

Miranda house is actually a really good college in academics, infrastructure and availing other facilities, it provides a safe environment as well. The course i am doing - English Honours, is in fact one of the most renowned courses of the college and the faculty is really understanding and well experienced, they help you not only with academics but with personal life issues and mental health issues as well. We are total of 100-105 students divided in 2 sections, and both section are divided in half and are provided with mentors, who are always ready to help us. The fees we paid for the first year was 15,500 which included admission fees as well, but in the second year it reduced upto 13,600 which is really fair compared to the facilities and quality of education and the standard of degree - ba hons in english. Students here are also very helpful and compatible, good facilities for specially abled children and easily accessible admin. Overall, very open and inclusive environment, green environment and affordable with good facilities.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Okay as it is a government college. The fees is quite nominal around 12-13k per year. Apart from this fees you just need to pay examination fees per semester which is around 1k. The registration fees while seeking admission is also quite nominal just 200-300. Scholarships are need based like if your family income is less than 1.5-2.5 lakh per year than you can avail those. So it is actually quite affordable. But if you are an outstation student and you don't get hostels than the accomodation and PG charges can be somewhat expensive.
