Miranda has an extraordinary environment with eye catching architecture
Students around you nurture you for your betterment

Dislikes

some of the courses offered by Miranda house do not have respectable and appropriate teacher
sometimes administration falls short of our expectations

Internships Opportunities:

since I come from political science department, it does not really offer you variety of internship but other courses like economics bought me and other science based courses offer a few variety of internships in the campus and outside campus

Sprakling life at Miranda House!

The infrastructure and the campus area of MH is extremely beautiful and spacious!
All the classrooms are well designed with projectors etc. And all the laboratories have working equipments and AC fitted. And all the faculties are well qualified and great.

Dislikes

Hectic work schedule, with respect to science departments.
Classrooms didnt have AC, which was pathetic in summers.

Internships Opportunities:

I did internship in my first year of Bachelors, as a Content Writer Intern with The Healthy Company, which is basically a startup by two young enthusiasts, Devansh Jain Nawal and Ackshay Jain. I worked for 3 months with them, and got paid ? 6000 for the 3 months in total and also got to learn a lot as well as got the certificate of best intern throughout the work time.

Main thing i like about miranda is the infrastructure. Oh my god! When it was my first day in miranda i felt in love with red buildings.
There is a placement cell in the college. That gives job to many students from the campus.

Dislikes

Things i dislike is old buildings have no AC's in the room.
There is no unity between the departments.

Internships Opportunities:

Last month in April there was "internship fair" in our college where all the college students from every department is invited in it but outsiders are also invited in it. Many companies was invited in it. It was the great opportunity for all the students.

The professors here are highly qualified and will help and guide you throughout your college life and will also suggest and guide you for future
Inter college competition is a bonus point, you get to connect with more people and have a healthy competition and will surely help you grow.

Dislikes

Attendance is creating a lot of chaos now, like earlier there was no such criteria for attendance but now it must be above 67%

Internships Opportunities:

Internship opportunities is displayed on our placement cell website. And every department have their research internship like we have DSKC for science students. And VC internship for all du students, where This year stipend was 10,500/monthly.

Library is well equipped with all area books. There are system and high aid technical devices to search gor books. The college library is filly air conditioned.
The labs are fully available with the tools and devices. The lab timings are sufficient to complete the work.

Dislikes

The classroom size is small as compared to the. Strength of the batch.

Internships Opportunities:

De Shaw Internship 60000/- ABVP Network 12000/- DU Vice Chancellor Internship 30000/- Delhi Vidhan Sabha Mock Parliament. There are various internship and fellowshio which are unpaid and students do get Letter of Recommemdations.

Best faculty,very supportive,nuturing growth,an environment which bridges linguistic and cultural gaps.Very comfortable and safe environment the college and the students and everyone else create there.
The infrastructure,the diverse library, accessibility,Computer labs, mentor mentee program where a teacher is assigned to a group of students and they're being supported throughout.

Dislikes

Classes start from 8.30 am on a few weekdays, you might even have classes on Saturdays

Internships Opportunities:

The college placement cell avails a lot of internship opportunities with the outside companies. The best part about this college and being a science student is that the DSKC labs in college offer summer internships in science subjects which students can do under the guidance of the faculty.

I absolutely love the environment, theres no restrictions on any sort of self expression
Infrastructure has been very well built, along with being updated every few years

Dislikes

There is a certain perception that women from miranda are overshielded, detached from reality
The state of infrastructure for arts subjects is low

Internships Opportunities:

Several companies post their vacancies on the placement cell portal, and students can apply through there. Additionally placement cell also holds an internship fair wherein several companies like India Today, Hemp Store, etc set up job vacancy stalls.

Miranda House, the NIRF rank 1, has always been a dream of many women in this country. Miranda House has a very beautiful and appealing campus with great infrastructure.
The library has a good collection of books for different subjects,and and enough place for students to sit a Study. The library has an opac system to digitally find out the books.The library staffs are quite helpful.

Dislikes

Miranda House has a very small auditorium, which isn't enough for all the students of the campus.It do have a seminar hall and sac, but they are also not enough.
Miranda , similiar to other DU colleges have an elitist culture.If you can't fit into that it will be hard to survive

Internships Opportunities:

There was an active placement cell in the campus. It notifies the students with the opportunities in the mail.The students are provided with an account of the placement cell. The college used to keep placements, however, I am unaware of the specifics
