- According to last few years our collage gives good placements and companies also come in oyr collage but this year placements are not too good but okay i think collage is working on this and placements are good in future

- The hostel provided by the college is not good because of the problems we face everyday.
- Leaving hostel after 1st year is bad. college will have to build more hostel buildings.
- Hostels and mess food is very bad even many students got sick in my time

- The campus life is very good. The infrastructure of the college is extremely nice comparing other colleges
- The teachers of lnct are highly experienced and some of them are having PhD degrees in their respective field so its good for us and beneficial that they are teaching us
- It is one of the best colleges in MP that gives best placement and the placement rate of the college is very good
Dislikes
- The college mostly focuses on Academics apart from the activities clubs etc
- The college revolves around discipline you can't bunk the lectures you can't miss the classes you have to maintain your regular attendance that is above 75%
- The bus facility of lnct college is compulsory for all the students irrespective of where they live
Placement Experience:
Lncts one of the best colleges that is known for placements. The top recruiters companies are Wipro Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra etc the placement rate of the college is very high. last year the highest package was of 1.12 crore and the average package is 4 to 5 lakh.

- The infrastructure of the college i like the most and the faculty is also good the people around us and our classmates are also impressive.
- The facilities are all good like water washrooms at each and every place is available.
- The teaching experience of the teacher is too much to teach us and they teach us with all there effect.
Dislikes
- The rules are the main key i dont like if you are n college the thng you thought you will do in college are not really workable .
- We cannot bunk the classes because everywhere the faculty is there.
- We cannot come in our own choice of clothes we have to wear dress.
Placement Experience:
The eligiblity for campus placement starts after 3rd year and we can sit in the company in 4th year .
The highest package was 1.12 crore and the average package is somewhere between 3 to 4 lakh.
If we have gained enough skill so the chances of placements are also increased.

- The best what I love that there is lots of clubs that helps us to grow.
- There are lots of competition conducted like hackathons, sports Olympics, etc.
- College have ideathon labs, entrepreneurs club, evi workshop, etc.
Dislikes
- There is little bit more workload in classes.
- College need students to maintain strictly decipline.
- And a worst thing that College uniform is compulsory.
Placement Experience:
In 3rd year students are start their preparation for internships and Placements. The companies are start coming in our college.
There are lots of companies visit like Google, Microsoft, AWS, phonepe, Cisco, etc. last year a student get 1cr package.
Average package 5-6 LPA
And College are also provide MBA and Mtech courses.

These courses are industry based designed to meet current market demands like cyber security, block chain, artifical intelligence and machine learning well further improvement an be seen in first year curriculum which is completely different

- So the teaching experties are quite good here the academic curriculum are handle by well experience teacher. Also there are different clubs which support different activities such as sports quizzes speaking dance drama comedy atc.
- The college provide a very safe environment for the students with all the facilities given inside the campus and under a CCTV surveillance
- The labs are well equipped as the colleges divided into three parts and each and every part of the college has its own labs which are most probably under the guidance of senior faculties
Dislikes
- The college has very strict rules and sometimes it's quite annoying and create problems for the students
- College does not show interest to promote club activities for the first year students as they want all of them to be engaged in study only in first year
- Also the college is mostly focus on its curriculum and academics part so you can see lesson numbers of events going on in the college
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for deplacement from this 6th semester onwards for campus placements even college itself prepare exam to select few of the students for the campus placements. Nearby 300 company visited last year which includes among the dream companies like sales force,detusche Bank Josh, Google, AWS , TCS , Wipro, Infosys etc which gave more then 900 + placements this is year in which the lowest stands at 2.4 lpa where as the highest package was in of campus package of 1.12 CR by AWS calculating up to 85% placement percentage event placement percentage are quite good my major would be to find out and off campus placement or I would apply for an MBA

- Teaching level is up to mark with fees. Teachers make sure you get the proper notes and concept.
- Bus facility of college makes it easier for students as they don't have to wander for transport.
- Clubs and organisation are pretty active and makes sure that freshers don't feel left out and are included in growth journey
Dislikes
- Discipline is too much of a nuisance here. It is like going back to school, sit quiet or attendance will not be marked but with time it also gets cool.
- Packed schedule. Your time will be fully packed other than moving for lectures and lunch time.
- Teachers get personal sometimes and targets student. You can be target if you have some good knowledge about subject and don't focus in class due to that.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Well I've chosen Artificial intelligence and data science. I'm particularly interested in this field as for data science. I'm in 1st sem so I can't tell if teaching it top notch in course or not since in 1st sem you are required to study all subjects.

- Being Disciplined in LNCT is very important as a student or as a faculty and this the best thing in this college.
- The faculty members are very good. All the faculty support a student in every thing.
- Teacher and professors are skilled and interaction with teachers and students are vey good and friendly.
Dislikes
- Campus infrastructure is not so good there are many constructions are going on to develop a good campus infrastructure.
- Not much fests are organised in the college and the strictness in the college is too much.
- Hostels for boys are only for 1st year and that too not all students get the hostel. Around 20-30% of students only get hostel.
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester students are eligible for placements. Mostly all top MNCs visit to the college for placements and lots of offers are given to students. Mncs like Accenture, Cognizant,Tcs, Capgemini. Companies like mindtree,hexaware etc visits college for placements.
The placements here are good and 85% students get placed every year. Average package is 4 lpa.
My plan is to get placed in a mnc via college.

- There are various clubs in our college according to your hobbies and the recruitment process is also easy. So you can easily be a part of the clubs and they organise function on regular basis
- Faculties are very cooperative and they will help you whenever you are in need and they also support you whenever you need them
- They regularly update you on hackathon that are organise around the world and will assist you in every possible ways
Dislikes
- They mostly focus on studies and sports are not much encourage. You need to hunt yourselve for different sports opportunities
- It is mostly a type of school and timings are also accordingly maintain so you will mostly feel like a school and will miss the college life
- They keep on maintaining 75% attendance and the placement training are not much good.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course is at moderate level. They follow the rgpv curriculum which is easy to understand and their syllabus contains all the important topics that are needed for engineering. It is simple to study and one can easily pass with flying colors if he or she start studying 1 month before exams.

- The college is pretty strict and therefore discipline is followed everywhere.
- The faculty is very qualified and helpful. They are always open for doubt clearance and any help whatsoever
- The college is full of greenery and trees and is visually pleasing
Dislikes
- The attendance policy is very very strict. Anything less than 70% and they start deducting marks. The 50% of internal marks depends upon attendance. which is counted separately for all lectures
- The girls to boys ratio is quite bad for the top branches. As we go lower it start getting decent. In the CSE branch of LNCT Main there are 15 girls on average in class of 65 students.
- The curriculum is tiresome and school like. There are 7 lectures in a day and it's painful to sit through all of them.
Placement Experience:
The placement starts coming at the end of 6th sem or beginning of 7th.
You can expect around 15-20 companies to visit.
Recently there have been visits by carwale, quantiphi, cognizant, Cape Gemini, Infosys, Kfintech, TCS.
All of them had their packages in the range 6-8 lpa.
Highest packages reach around 20LPA for a handful of students as one of a good company might visit
Like Intuit, Zscaler, Deustche Bank
While obviously some students crack off camps and recieve even better options
60-70 percentage of students can get placed here
My plans are doing Masters incase I don't get a good enough job.

I have a few friends from LNCT and here is their insight on the institute.
- All of the colleges in the LNCT group are more or less the same in every way, including the majority of the faculty.
- All three (LNCT, LNCTS, and LNCTE) are on the same campus. You will have similar college events, such as tech fests, etc.
- Most importantly, when it comes to placement, you will be considered the same as LNCT students, and there will be no discrimination.
- Unlike other colleges, in LNCTE, you will have to conduct your experiments in the lab.
- The books in the library are standard textbooks that are useful for a student who is preparing for a test.
So overall it is a good institute. Go for it.
