LNCT Bhopal Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The EC Branch at LNCT is not as good as CS or IT branch. You should rather opt for another private college if you do not will to be a regular. 

• You will be obligated to maintain a 75% attendance. Failure of which is met by serious repercussions and expulsion from placement session. 
• If you have sketched out your college life as fun, lively, and full of adventure then you are requested to rethink your decision. You would not be able to spare much time from your college schedule for your skill development. 
• The co-curricular activities and various other programs are held here too but that does not add up to your development in any way.
• As for the placement opportunities, you should not be keeping high hopes. Most of the companies that visit LNCT are mainly for recruiting qualified students in the IT field. 

Other than C and C++ it would rather be essential to learn technologies. This might add up to your already hectic series of academics. In the EC branch, the students are not provided with decent high-paying job opportunities other than the average packages. 

Hence, you should consider other private institutes as well if you do want to regret your decision. The CSE branch is terrific here and without hesitation, you can opt for it.

One of my friends studied at LNCT Bhopal. According to him, the placement scenario of LNCT Bhopal is good and decent. 

• Many major companies are coming to the college for on-campus placements. 
• These companies include Wipro, Amdocs, Accenture, DXC, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, and many others. 
• The placement rate of LNCT Bhopal is around 75-80%.

The placements of LNCT Bhopal are decent for the students pursuing the CS branch or even for the other core branches and being a private college, it is the best college so far with great academics, infrastructure, and co-curricular activities. Work hard to be the one who stands out from the crowd. This way you can achieve everything.

LNCT is among the most popular private colleges in Bhopal. The infrastructure, facilities of this college are excellent.

Faculty:

Most of the faculty of this college have completed their BE from a private or government college and there are also professors who have completed their M.Tech and Ph.D. in their respective subjects. 

Curriculum:

The course curriculum of this college is great as it is a part of Rajiv Gandhi Technical University. The syllabus is balanced for the 1st and 2nd years and it is updated regularly. There are various subjects for understanding operating systems, computation and networking. But the coding culture is not that great. 

Examination Pattern:

The examination pattern is quite effective too. There are adequate days of gap between two exams in every semester and the practical exams are being conducted before 20-25 days of the main theoretical exams. There are also internal exams and if you perform well in these, then the main exams will be very easy for you. 

Placements: 

The placement scenario is also very good but it is continuing to decrease every year. A lot of popular companies such as Infogain, Birlasoft, Infosys, Syntel visit the campus for interviews but the packages offered now are less compared to the last few years. In recent years the average CTC offered ranges between 3-8 LPA. 

Hence, the facilities and the faculty of LNCT Bhopal are very good to pursue CSE, but the placement scenario is becoming poor every year and this is a matter of concern.

Among the state private engineering colleges, LNCT is ranked first in every category. In terms of college, the campus is nice, and the infrastructure is good (as per state colleges).

Perks: 

• The college atmosphere is often positive. Classes are held on a regular basis, and there is strong discipline.
• The placement scenario is excellent especially for CS, IT, and EC.
• Wipro, Infosys, and cognizant are among the companies that recruit students from LNCT. These companies specialize in mass recruitment. These companies offered annual packages ranging from 3 to 3.5 lakhs.
• Many small telecommunications companies also recruit at colleges. The package offered is around 3 lakhs.
• In LNCT, students mostly study CS, IT, and EC. Given that it is an RGPV college, one can expect additional study-level parameters.

Disadvantages: 

• The need for 75% attendance for good session grades is inconvenient.
• It becomes more like a school with a higher attendance percentage.
• Other competitive tests (if desired) cannot be prepared for till the third year. For good grades, attendance is important.

These are a few factors that you need to keep in mind if you are considering joining LNCT. 

The placement record for CSE at LNCT is great. The reason for this is the excellent management of the institute. 

Students have been trained ahead of time in CS courses which is a 3-month NextStep course (the best TnP coaching of Bhopal). This attracts a large number of companies to LNCT. 

The majority of CSE students at LNCT Bhopal wind up working for one of the several mass recruiting firms such as CTS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, I-GATE, Syntel, and others, who give a package around the 3.2 LPA margin. According to the placement highlights of 2020, the average CTC offered at the institute was in the range of 3-8 LPA. While the highest CTC offered was 27 LPA by Microsoft. 

In terms of placements, CSE and IT branches are the best. All other engineering branches suffer in campus placement. However, Chemical Engineering students can sit for IT companies' placement procedure, but they should meet the eligibility criteria as per the job description of the companies.

The top recruiters for the session are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, L&T Infotech, Accenture, Capgemini, and others. All these are for CSE and IT.

Overall, it is better to look for other opportunities outside the college. The placements are not worthy enough.

I have a few friends from LNCT Bhopal and according to their experience, the Mechanical department doesn’t have a good placement record.

• Very few core companies visit the campus to recruit Mechanical Engineering students. Also, the number of vacancies for such companies is less. VOITH, AIS Glass, Triveni Turbines are some of the core recruiting companies for Mechanical Engineering.
• Other than the core companies you can also sit for IT companies or marketing companies.

Overall the placements of the institute are quite good, despite few underperforming branches. LNCT has good placement records for departments like IT, CSE, and ECE, alongside a placement percentage sloping far ahead to at least 95%. In the recent placement drive, the average and highest CTC offered was 3 LPA and 21 LPA.

If you are getting CS at LNCT Bhopal, then you should opt for it.

• The admission process in LNCT is not a cakewalk in comparison with Amity Gwalior. Amity Gwalior needs 60% aggregate for taking admission. Direct admission is also done at Amity Gwalior.
• However, in LNCT Bhopal, you will need to qualify for the qualifying exam and go through the online MP counseling process.
• In terms of campus, the campus of Amity is very good as compared to LNCT. If you want to go for any coaching then both of these colleges are a little far from the main city.
• In Amity, the teaching is good, the faculties are good. But the class timing and few subjects are often causing issues. The student crowd is mixed.
• In LNCT, the quality of education is great. You will be among talented peers. 
• In terms of placement, LNCT is better than Amity as it is an old and reputed institute. In 2020, the average CTC offered at LNCT was 3-8 LPA and the highest CTC offered was 27 LPA. 

So, if you have the option, go for LNCT.
