The fees structure : 1,17,000/- and for category it varies according scholarship : post metric scholarship and education loan facilities are also accepted the job facilities provided by college during placement is good enough with good stipend or package

Dislikes

The teachers in this college arw not so good .
They are not good enough to teach students, their self knowledge about the subjects is very low .
Exam schedule is very bad , college have no roll in placing the exam but it is due ro poor management of pune university.

I liked the environment of the college.

Placement Experience:

The placement of Dr.D Y Patil Institute of Technology, Pimpri is better than any other college in the SPPU University. The College also provides intership opportunities for the students. There are also many off-campus drives.

Engineering at DR D Y PATIL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY PIMPRI

Likes

Policies of college are very good. The college has NAAC accredation also.
The classrooms of the college are the best i have seen. It has Screens, AC, good chairs etc.
The canteen has good food quality and the overall campus is brilliant

Dislikes

There is always the noise of construction which is going on in college.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. More than 50 companies are visiting the college some of them are Amazon, Barclays, Veritas, Publicis, etc. The highest package offered by Publicis Sapient is around 16 LPA and the average package is between 5-7 LPA. 80% of students get placed and the remaining students apply for MSC or startup.

I liked the campus the campus is may be the best in all colleges in the Pune
The canteen in the college is superb there are very nice garden
The hostel is almost like a five star hotel all make from glass meal is also available there

Dislikes

The hostel fee is very high around 2 lakhs I don't liked it
The college is so huge that we have to walk 10 mins to go to next class
Bus are not available there for transportation there we have to talk 10 minutes to go there

Placement Experience:

In our college in the third year, students gets internship opportunity and if they do well work they get placed there if not in the last year, many companies came here like Infosys tech Mahindra recently on Sep 23 Philips gave around 12 lakh package some 19 students got placed in Philips in last years many students got placed in Microsoft and Amazon also but they likely got it through off campus but one of them got 70 lakh which is the highest in college but I am going to to do business after college.

Likes

Faculty and management of the college is very good they are very supportive
The campus is very good here there are 8 floorsv here and 3 lifts cantine is very good
The okay grove is very good here students okay what everywhere what ever they want.

Dislikes

The library is very strict not single sound is allowed
Teacher's are very strict for studies is good network is not done

Placement Experience:

When students are in 3rd year they get the opportunity for internships If they perform good in it they get placed there but if not in 4th year they get eligible for on-campus placement companies that come here to hire freshers, like Wipro, and Mahindra Infosys my plan is to create b business after degree.

Campus area is very small consider to other branches of Dr. D. Y. Patil

Normally, the campus placement season begins at the pre-final/final semester. companies:- Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, L&T infotech, Johnson Controls Ltd, Bosch Ltd, Tata Communication Ltd and many more The highest package is around 45 lakhs An average package is 5-10 lakh 70-80% of students get placed I will try for higher education like M.tech or MBA

ROI is great placement are also up to the mark
Facilities are supportive and don't interfer much
Senior are helpful and good they help us.

Dislikes

College has no ground which is not good.
Hostel is very expensive you can't afford it
Campus size is also pretty small you have to compromise

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 6th sem and for internship from the 4th sem. Mostly service-based companies and some product-based companies visit the campus almost 80 per cent of students get placed.

Is DY Patil Pimpri worth it?

Likes

The teaching faculty is really good and I enjoyed studying them
The campus life is great I had made so many friends connected people
The infrastructure of the inner building is good where we can study do many courses and stuff

Dislikes

The overall campus is not that much big and needs improvement
There is no sports activities then there and there is no inter or outdoor quotes

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies that visited here and many offers made the companies Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Adobe, Infosys, all the stop companies are always coming here to provide good packages for the students and the highest package was around 70 lacs for a mechanical student and average packages around 7 to 8 lakh, currently 90% of the students are getting a place and my plans of getting the degrees to go for masters.

College campus is not that big but good enough
Placement is very good compared to other private college.
Fees is very very affordable as compared to other private college

Placements in our college are very good. Around 80% to 90% of the students get placed in various companies. The average salary package offered here ranges from 4–5.5 LPA. Likes

placements are better than other colleges of this tier.
Fees is considerably lesser than many other colleges of it's league.
Study environment is good and faculty members are helpful.

Dislikes

Campus is small.it is only about 4 acres.
Sports functions are held on public grounds.
Hostels are expensive.They are lavish but expensive.

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good. The overall median is 6.3 lpa and for cs related branches average is around 8. Many companies offer 20-40 lakh branches as well. Placements for core branches are also decent as many core companies do come for placements.
