My college review.

Likes

Teaching of our lectures was the thing i liked most.
Environment outside our college was very good.
Other lab facilities and wifi facilities were good.

Dislikes

Fees structure was the one which i didnt like.
And other facilities in hostel i didnt like
There is no other such thing i disliked from college

Internships Opportunities:

Name of companies visited our college are tcs, cognizant, ittiam, hcltech, esko, kpit ,ibm.etc. with highest package of 11lpa , and average was 4 LPA. Projects i did was automated salary slip generation.

College is good it gives best view in campus
Good teaching nice mentor they tell everything

THE SMALL JOURNEY

Likes

I most liked the Environment of the college i,e,. the full campus is surrounded by the Trees.
Faculty members are more student friendly and approachable.
Students will have more opportunities towards the showcasing ther talent.

Dislikes

There is no expansion in college campus.
Students will get less opportunities towards the Sports.
Campus is little bit smaller as compared to the other colleges

Internships Opportunities:

In the 7 th sem we will complete the placement process. And we will sent for the companies for the internships which are paid and suggested by the collage. which will helps to enhance our practical knowlwdge. Stipend is around 10k per month. There are 2 mini projects and the 1 major project is there in the program outcomes. And each course has saperate course projects.

Likes

I liked the college clubs which engage students to participate and they are very efficiently designed
College library has everything which you want to learn,to build out skills.
College has very good greenary in it which also gives energy to stay active whole day.

Dislikes

Nothing much they have to teach us in practical think.
College library noise to be controlled by students .
Parents meeting may be more efficiently designed.parents have to go every professor's cabin.

Internships Opportunities:

If any companies offers internship opportunities college staff will send the details. In the internship they first teach and gives us knowledge of the skill .after completion they give stipend every month.

KLS GIT - A MINI WORLD INSIDE THE CAMPUS..

Likes

Staff engagement and teaching is very good especially the way they explain and help each and every student..
Each student will be having a mentor with whom they can discuss share any problem or issue and they are very kind and helpful
For internals those who miss any one internal there is a compensatory internal at end in which u can score good

Dislikes

Some times there is network issues inside the campus
The wifi is fast but slow compared to my house wifi
In some class rooms the rooms are a bit damaged which may improve later

Internships Opportunities:

College do provide some internships to students before placements with stipend .. Stipend depends on company to company .. The outcomes are great since they help a lott with placements and experience.. Internships are compulsory for students..

Likes

I like the faculties in kls Gogte institue. All the teaching staff is very good one and supportive.
Classroom and collage environment is good.

Dislikes

They charge lot of fees and some labs are poor in quality.
Some faculties are good in knowledge but lack in expressing

Placement Experience:

From third semester the BE Computer Science students are eligible for placements. Many companies visit and give placement for particular course or eligible student. 48 lakhs is the higest package and about 4 lakh is the average package. Some branches placements are not good but on an average 70 percent students get placed. I want to get a secure job after getting the degree.

Likes

I appreciate the teaching of faculty and highly standardizes labs
Class with well systematic cctv with digital white boards and comfortable ventilation.

Dislikes

Infrastructure which are not yet have been updated
For extra physical fittness club like gym has not well designed and updated

Placements are 95% happens its depends on individual academic performance. Companies visited are benz, wipro,and some foreign mnc,highest package is 22lakh and avg is 7 lakh. Planning to prepare exams compitetive

Pros and cons regarding GIT college

Likes

The campus of our college is quite big and good. As we have lots of trees
The faculty members are experts in their respective subjects
The placement of our college is nice as compared to the other colleges present in belgavi district.

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not at all good.
The cost of the hostel is more so most of the students will prefer pgs..
The mess food which they give in hostel mess is not good.

Internships Opportunities:

Tye students of 3rd year like the students studying in 6-7 semester will be getting internship opportunities. And they will be getting stipend for it.As I'm in 1st year I don't know the names of specific companies which provides the internship...

A DETAILED REVIEW OF GIT COLLEGE AND HOSTEL

Likes

Our college is situated in north karnataka, So who don't want to study in Bangalore can consider our college.
There is no raging in our college let it be hostel or college campus. Infact seniors are kind and helpful here.
Hostel facility are also good. There are 6-7 messes or canteens around college area and 1 in our boys hostel too.

Dislikes

The college campus may not look attractive or morden to some people.
Their is no hot water facility in boy's hostel.
There is no filter water or RO water and WI-FI facility in the newly constructed 3 floor of boys hostel till now.

Internships Opportunities:

GIT provide good internship opportunities. Since I am still in 1 St year so I don't know more about that.According to the seniors they have to do a internship before getting into campus selection. The 4th year students have to do a project in both group and individual.

Campus is very beautiful the weather is good .
Faculty members are good they very supportive
Placement is good as compared to other pvt colleges

Dislikes

College is very small in terms of area and size
Exam papers are little difficult as compared to vtu papers
The canteen in the college is bad we have eat outside of campus

Placement Experience:

After 6 sem we are eligible for campus there are many companies visited out of 180 members in mechanical 120 students get placed and offer latter the highest package was 12 for mechanical 80% of students get placed in the college I will also try for campus placement for better company
