Every year In the batch of 1000 students 900 students are placed in the campus placement. Highest packages department wise Computer Science : 51LPA Information Science : 51 LPA Electronics and Communications : 27LPA Electrical and Electreonics : 18LPA.

The placements are very good in this college .. Infact this college is very widely known for its placement .. The average placement is 8LPA and the highest Package is last year 2023 57LPA for 5 students .. The percentage of students getting placed is 95% .. Even in this lay off and recession college is manageable to get good Placement and even the Placement Officer is very experienced and good .. The college even offers Placement training to students from 5Th sem itself ..

From third semester the BE Computer Science students are eligible for placements. Many companies visit and give placement for particular course or eligible student. 48 lakhs is the higest package and about 4 lakh is the average package. Some branches placements are not good but on an average 70 percent students get placed. I want to get a secure job after getting the degree.

A DETAILED REVIEW OF GIT COLLEGE AND HOSTEL

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem it self the students become eligible for campus placements and the popular companies like Samsung, Visteon, tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, Asian paints and etc will be making offers. I think it is 800-900 offers this year till now and in the last year it was 1200. The highest package for M.tech degree student was 20+ LPA this year by Samsung and for B.tech it was 16 LPA and average package is 6 lpa.
