KLS Git offers admission to the Ph.D program in 10 specialisations, such as Computer Science Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Application, etc. Admissions to the Ph.D. programs are done through an Entrance test called ULRAT (University Level Research Aptitude Test), which is conducted by the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum.
