The computer and iot labs are very good with all the internet facilities.

The placenment is good in our collage. Peaple form urban area can expect good package for the clg. And our collage has the best falucty which supprt you to get beat placenmmet in the camous and have a better future.

THE B.TECH LIFE

Likes

Placement Services they are truly brilliant they do provide traning for every drive and i have got placement of 5 lpa in our college.
Infrastructure is brilliant surrounded by trees, cafeteria, canteen, juice centre and spacious class rooms.

Dislikes

Teaching methods of faculty suppose if we fail in a subject that faculty do not care us and they leave us to clear the subject by our own which i disliked.
Events : In our college there will be only 2 -3 max events in a year and the college management do not spend time and money on the events.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum contains 2 mids exam and a semester exam for every subject , they also provide externals support from labs by which practically we can solve problems . Even though the map of curriculum is difficult to cope up but after 2 or 3 sems then we get adapted to the pase of time table .

Our Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology consists of some good placements in the 3rd year of btech the students are eligible to get a placement in companies like Cognizant, Wipro, amazon, tcs etc.

My first year in SIET

Likes

Campus life is good. You can enjoy a bit more than other colleges do.
They encourage presentation skills and they assign good assignements

Dislikes

Less of coding culture. It would be nice to give more projects.
They need to focus on practical knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have found my interest in data science. Luckily I secured a seat in the course I wanted to do. Datascience has vast options and you can make a good career out of it. The faculty is good. They aren't helpful but they teach you what is needed. We basically have two midterms which are theory and lab. Mids are easy to pass but for semesters and externals, we have to work hard to kick off it without any backlogs.

Likes

I like the Campus infrastructure and greenery
We have big play ground where we play games.

Dislikes

I don't like route way to college .
College has dingle road it is difficult to travel

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. Every year minimum of 10 companies visited and more than 300 students get placed. 10LPA is highest and 5LPA is average package. I'm planning to go abroad.
