Likes

Campus is surrounded by huge number of trees.
Good infrastructure and Campus is so clean.
Facilities provided by the institution like labs, library ,hostels.

Dislikes

Placements here are too less and the Average package also very low.
Syllabus is completely outdated, Need to be updated.

Placement Experience:

* Placements here is not so good . Number of companies which visit our campus is less and the average package is less than 4.5 lpa. * Most of the students placed in TCS , Wipro. * Almost every student is placed here, but with low package .

JNTUH COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING JAGTIAL ( JNTUHCEJ ) CAMPUS REVIEW

Likes

I like the Maintenance of the hostels as sweepers and workers cleans the hostel everyday.
Library is provided with number of books of different courses.
Computer lab is provided with high speed internet connection.

Dislikes

Canteen is not hygiene with limited options.
Too many restrictions for the students . (No parties)
Placements provided with less packages for students.

Placement Experience:

From 4-1 semester students will be eligible for placements. CGG, IBM, TCS, Pal Tech, Tech Mahindra, HSBC, Genpact, and Quantum are the companies visited I got an offer from IBM. The highest package offered is 9 LPA and the average package is 4.5 LPA.

Likes

Atmosphere is pleasant as campus is located in forest area.
Faculty are highly qualified. They are very supportive.

Dislikes

Packages provided during the placements are less (around 4 lpa)

Placement Experience:

Placements start from the 7th semester (4-1 sem) and the students without any active backlogs are eligible for participating in placements. Companies like cgg, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Prodapt, Quantium, and Accenture visited for the placements. The average package of the college is around 4.2 LPA. Maximum students are placed in Tcs company. Those who prefer higher studies, prepare for entrance exams like GATE, CAT, and GRE.

Likes

Best college i have ever known in my experience.
Campus life very good and freindly faculty motivates to do different new projects.
Placements are depends on our talent and knowledge in respective fields . And there is good infrastructure in my college which was in 100 acres.

Dislikes

It was very cool in winter season(mini ooty) as it was in rural area.
Coaching centers are not availble for 15 kilometers range which is very far.
Transportation to this college is highly irritatable.

Placement Experience:

There is a Training and Placement Cell (TPC) In our college and the placements will start in the 4th-year first semester. There are different companies which are visits our college namely TCS, WIPRO, ACCENTURE, etc, and you can go to jntu hyderabad for more company interviews and placements. The highest package of our college is 12 lacks and the average package is 5 lacks and a maximum of 90 percent of students will place In Better companies every year. I am willing to appear for gate exam.

The campus infrastructure is good
The fees are very low and scholarships are offered.
Faculty are good at teaching

The placements are not good

Course Curriculum Overview:

Computer science engineering is the best course nowadays because they are in demand in every company. The faculty is very experienced and knowledgeable. The question paper will be set by jntu only which is quite hard.

After 3-2, campus placements will be started and students starts attending interviews. We get 6-7 companies here that offer around 3-4 lakhs of yearly packages mostly based on company .students should maintain a 7.5 cgpa for campus placements. My plans doing a job mostly a software one.

A good college for a good student

Placement Experience:

Almost 80% of students from cse and it get placed every year. Generally, placements start in the second semester of 3rd year. Students get prepared from 3rd yr itself and try for placements offline and online.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good and we have excellent facilities such as a 24/7 computer lab and Library with a Wi-Fi campus and we have a projector that helps us to learn visuals and our faculties update us day by day with their efforts and also provide good knowledge. The faculties are excellent. There is a semester-wise examination.
