I love the enviornment like its secludedness and how it doesn't offer any distractions so we can doand achive anything we want.

Dislikes

It may offers peace and tranquill enviorment but its connectivity is a problem.

Admission at Rajkiya Engineering College Azamgarh offers inclusivity but lacks transparency in cut-offs. Affiliated with AKTU, it admits low JEE Main percentiles. Flexible yet unclear, the process needs clarity for academic standards and competitiveness.

All things are good.

Likes

Faculty are good and helpful except some other faculty.
Good environment. This college is located in an areas where feel to good.
Some annual fest is organized by department which make some enjoyable time.

Dislikes

Not available a canteen for students.In my opinion college has to establish the canteen for student.
Placement is not good. Negligible no. of student placed in Batch 2022-23
Some faculty behavior are not good.They are rude with some department student.

Admission:

I get admission in 2019-20. During that time (2019-20) aktu conducted a exam UPSEE which stands for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam. And for get admission in this college approximately till 45000 rank holder also eligible. Then after two year state government conduct CUET exam to get admission in all the university and colleges in India. Then AKTU is under the CUET entrance exam, and UPSEE is removed by the government

REC Azamgarh - A value for money College

Likes

The qualified faculty members and their commitment towards teaching.The teachers are intolerant towards indiscipline with respect to studies
However the college is located in a discrete location and it's quiet difficult to reach out here
The college is equipped with all sort of labs that are relevant to the courses being taught here.

Dislikes

The major portion of the college is still under construction which makes the college campus look like a construction site
The connectivity of college is a major issue considering its location in the outskirts of Azamgarh
Although the commitment of teacher's is praiseworthy but in terms of placements or typical college life experience this college is highly inactive

Admission:

The admission process was based on the councelling process conducted on the basis of rank in Jee mains Eligibility for the course are as usual for a Btech course .Their is no separate exam,the councelling is done on the basis of rank in Jee mains exam . There are high reservation benefits in councelling as per the defined standards however I being a general candidate got my course at 81 percentile .Their was some fees paid during councelling process which later gets adjusted in the college fees .I found the admission process quite easy so I don't think any change is required.

I cracked the UPSEE entrance exam, now anyone can apply through jee main exam Through jee main scorecard you can apply for this college cutoff for this college is 70 percentile The admission process is seamless.

There is problem of water and sevage problem

The course is from taking an entrance exam of JEE main in the year there are two JEE main exams are held and the cutoff is 70 percentile. Yes there is a reservation benefit and all the student gets a scholarship of approx 60000

I like this college for there is very good faculty and also very knowledgeable faculty
And the hostel of this college is also very good as compared to all RECs
Approx all the equipments are present Libarary is very good all the books are present

Dislikes

The one thing is disappointed is the location of this college is not in town area
Sometime I also disappointed when the mess meal is not good
And cafeteria and hospitality area are not make it is under construction

You must apply for jee mains the only way to get admission to REC Azamgarh. Then apply for counselling through the AKTU Lucknow website. Get allotment then freeze the seat. Also, you can get benefits of reservation in admission. Overall the admission process is very smooth.
