Nagaji Institute of Technology & Management Gwalior Faculty

The faculty director is a good person but his management including nursing principal is very rude and he did not appreciate any Student hard work just make them feel guilty to take addmission in that college.the exams takes place annually.

Some of the faculty was really good they all in good attire, maintain proper discipline around there, resolve all query of a student, take care of the student, but some of the faculty is not good, his/her behavior was casual and they also not explain his/her own subject.

In this college, they are like, "We know nothing but money." They will charge your 25rs per lecture if your attendance is not good. Faculty will come and note the question-answer on black board. Even faculties are fed up with this college.

Faculty was impressive, in terms of knowledge, way of teaching and cooperative. Moreover monthly feedback were taken from students about the faculty and steps were taken by the higher management for the faculty development. Regular counselling with students and management did happen for overall development of students.

Faculty of the college is very less paid hence their is compromise in quality. But they are very co-operative. But some senior faculty's are really very good.

Faculty was not that much experinced but they thought us a lot. They gave full effort ot thought us. Time to time practical with good equipment knowledge.
