It is the best part of somaiya as we used to celebrate each and every festival and we also have a fair that takes us to the learning by doing concept which gives real-life experience to that concept.

Life at the campus is fun. And each student is always occupied with an event to plan or a group assignment to work on as they truly believe in developing the soft skills of a teacher. All basic and other amenities are provided. Somaiya also offers sports and a lot of extracurricular activities like the celebration of days and events. They have a huge collection of books in the library as well which one can avail to. Environment clubs, Literary clubs, student councils etc are present to enrich the personalities and knowledge of each growing teacher.

There are many events and organisations conducted. Each and everyday and festival is celebrated by the college and students beautifully. The college also provides various books and journals placed in the library along with resources online. The college also teaches various applications used for making an attractive projects. Sports and extra-curricular activities are also conducted accordingly. The students are a part of various clubs like Nature Club and others. The college has started a new initiative for LGBTQ community and created a club for it. LGBTQ community is also allowed to take admission in our colleges.

Campus infrastructure is really great, there are total 23 college i think in somaiya and according to that there are library, all library are open for all students which is enable to students to easily reach their goals.

They say India is a male dominant country but while studying in my campus I always found more girls than boys. We have cultural forum, NCC, NSS for extra curricular activities, well furnished labs, well equipped gym, a basket ball ground, a sports ground at which every year a sports event is held and even teachers participate.

The college has a huge campus with a number of courses offered by the college. Hence the campus is filled with people of different age groups. The girl boy ration in the college seems to be close to equal.
