The College Experience at VVCE

Likes

The infrastructure is great, the library is very well maintained with loads of books for our courses and also equipped with free to use desktops
The labs are equipped with strong and capable desktops with intel core ultra 7 265 and 12gb NPU's and 32gb Ram and over a TB of storage
The boys to girls ratio in our department is s very solid 1:1

Dislikes

The campus although built good, gets a bit too crowded during exams and other gatherings, there are just too many students in a single building which becomes a hassle to manage
The faculties are good, but there a select few who are not upto the mark and if u get unlucky and get assigned one of the not soo good faculty, good luck trying to sit through their classes

I had applied to around 4 colleges other than vvce 1. BMNIT (in bangalore) -- Although i initially liked this college and also got confirmed admission after registering in the college, i felt like the management fees were a bit too high for aiml which was 8 laks per year for four years which is a lot. 2. ATME (mysore) - This was my second option to go in mysore, the college and infrastructure was good but the placements were not too good and the locaation is too far away from the city centre. 3. VVIT (mysore) - I had enquired in this college but didnt like it too much because of the campus and the maanagement was not co-operative Overall i felt like VVCE was the best option considereing it was close to my home and also has strong reputation in mysore for being one of the top with decent placements and i also wanted to go through my comedk rankings and vvce was the best option according to my rank. The admission process for me was simple, once i was alloted this college in comedk, i had to pay a part of the fees and lock it and then go phyically to the college with the required documents and complete the regestration and pay the reamining fees. It was a smooth process for me personally.

College atmosphere was really good , and time management, activities, real time case study, presentation was very useful for us
Teaching faculties are well experienced, they made every subject it's very real and useful for while studying
Project, placement, training and development, domestic trip and international trip, new laptop, college fest, management fests are awesome

When I thought to do MBA in my graduation days I choose mainly VVCE college only , because compared to other colleges here fees wise, study wise, benifits wise ,and placement wise it's very good, and college location also it's situated main area so it's very useful and getting everything nearby only and for traveling also it's easy for everywhere from mysore . So mainly VVCE college best for MBA still I'm referring to this college only for MBA

I liked the faculty and In-charge because they are very friendly and down to earth.they are very supportive for students and education vide they are very good and the maintenance of college has to be saluted

Dislikes

The thing is my course is little difficult for me engineering is not so much easy as I thought before I have to be read more comparatively than before and we have maintain discipline to uphold out college dignity

Admission:

I chose Vidyavardhaka college because of the infrastructure and campus selection. Vidyavardhaka college is the college which is most wonderful and good in education and also strict . The facilities they give for students can't be expressed

A comprehensive review of VVCE

Likes

Faculty are well trained and are extremely knowledgeable
Highly efficient labs with state of the art infrastructure
Highly professional staff and faculty throughout

Dislikes

No football field present on campus for students
Slightly strict security and ID card is mandatory
Long hours, day starts at 8:30 am and ends at 4pm

Admission:

The reception from the college is great, all of the faculty are highly motivated and have taken educating the students as a mission. As it is in the centre of the city commute becomes easier and multiple college run buses are available for students

Balancing acdamic with vibrant campus life at vvce

Likes

Vvce boats a well-equipped campus with modern facilities and industry support labs and equipment, health care center and department specializing.
The college offers a curriculum alignment with industry students and supplements with workshops and extra activities.
Vvce has dedicated placement and training department that facilitate with employability skills. The average package 400000 lakhs.

Dislikes

While curriculum alignment with industry standards some students feels certain parts is outdated and could updates with it.
Some students are expressed a desire for more flexibility of attendance.

Admission:

RV engineering, sjc of engineering, NIE ,ATME mysore like so on then why vvce means vvce affordable that offers course with quality of education with relatively lowering of cost compared with other top colleges. For students in mysore or other near by areas and lower accommodation and safety with significant advantages.

Why VVCE is one the best engineering colleges?

Likes

Personally I liked the infrastructure facility and labs with proper equipments and guidance.
Good teaching environment inside the campus and training provided for placements.
Financial support for needy students and lecturers with good knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

The institution should also give some facilities to physical education department and improve the ground.
The campus is relatively small but not that much. But at some times with increasing admissions recently, it feels like that.
I don't think other things that I dislike in this institution.

Admission:

Actually I accidentally got admitted to this college. I was not aware of VVCE at first. First I and my father went NIE north campus and their the seats were filled so then we came here for management quota as i CET result was not up to the mark. The admission procedure is not that much difficult here in VVCE. Starting from application filling to fee payment, everything goes with ease. At that time , there was no donation for my course ( ECE) so I opted it and didn't want to go IT courses. They ask for some xerox documents and some original documents as well at the time of admission. Totally the experience was very clean and good.

Likes

The management if willing to spend for the student development and activities
No ragging from seniors even at hostels all are at peace and mind their own business
Bunking classes are taken strictly and the students are fined for it

Dislikes

The campus is really conjested with almost 4000 students in a small area
Not much area for sports as there is only one ground
The college hours per day is too much like a school from 8am to 4pm and sometimes even 6pm

Admission:

I had applied to NIE and SJCE both in Mysore but I couldn't get into an IT department during CET selection and chose VVCE. Admission to VVCE can be done through CET, COMEDK or through Mangement all having different fee structures.

A Comprehensive Guide to life at VVCE

Likes

Infrastructure is too good with live class telecasting on Impartus portal
Faculty members are friendly and veet supportive
Management has a good vision for providing good educational facilities and are open to new things.

Dislikes

Campus area us small. Hence feels a little crowded
College canteen can be better with better options

Admission:

I applied to some colleges like JCE, NIE for CSE stream only. I git rejected due to lessee KCET rank. However i made it into VVCE which i feel is personally better in line with teaching trends and placements comparatively

A review on vvce mysuru

Likes

The infrastructure has been improving and the college is putting good effort to improve it every single year
The college holds an annual fest which is pretty decent and only allows students of vvce to attend
The college has a new and improved auditorium which is very nice

Dislikes

The infrastructure improvements was implemented almost as we pass out
The student struggle to park the vehicles anywhere.
The faculties are very warm and nice to students, they help us when we are struggling

I choose this college as it is close to my house. The college is also providing a new course aiml which I was interested in. Having a good background into python helped with the course. The college takes admissions from competitive exams like cet,comedk and jee

Vvce mysuru our pride

Likes

The college as well good faculties no shortages in it they give there best our vvce vission all good
In vvce their are more than 15 clubs where more activities are available this is the main attraction for social interaction
Facility are the best in vvce all are not at all careless each of them Focus on the student score and placement worth for the money we pay

Dislikes

All good in vvce but they demolish more contract the buliding for improvement
Hostel is not good inside vvce outside the campus hostel is well maintained
One thing is the in polytechnic buliding itself girls hostel is there

I have chooses sjce Mysuru nie mysuru and my third choice was vidyavardhaka college of engineering and gsss mit mrit so on my choos was vvce because compare to gsss and all placement of vvce is good and it is the top 3 college in mysuru sjce nie it little bit hard to take seat the categorie matters a lot . Literally admission process was awesome I have not seen anywhere the disciple was awesome every systematic I was from comdek quota 29k ranking 3A category I got information science in 1 St round and computer science and engineering in 2 nd round
