SRM VALLIAMMAI engineering college

Likes

The campus was very beautiful and the rules were limited.
Our college conducts a lots of events for each month by each department.
The dress code was not that strict .The only thing is you should maintain 75% attendance

Dislikes

Nothing much everything was fine for me .

Placement Experience:

Many companies will come for placements and they will train ya for the placements . I am sure that everyone in the college get jobs on campus . According to the skills they will provide placements for us.

Likes

I enjoyed a lot with friends and as well as studies
Infrastructure are very good and comfortable
Very friendly with all the students and their is no partial

Dislikes

Timing is the main thing , we should be in the class at 8.15 am

Placement Experience:

Placements are very good in the college . Second and final semester of the course should be 90%, Before entering into the final semester exam each and every student have attend lot of interviews and average package is 5LPA.Placement officers are focusing a to z level of students . There are more than 20 companies in many top companies like accenture, congnizant, etc.,

Dislikes

Low maintenance of apparatus fun light a d very hot
Lesser number of computer are available.
Laboratory session for dress code is not fear.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the term of curriculum are sports and studying the subject and the teaching methods are the 5unit are learning for 1 semester and 2CAT (continuous assessment test) basic separate the mark for 40% Mark for assignment and CAT Examination 60% Mark give written Basic. Thank you????

Free environment, play ground, tech park, etc..
I like java canteen, and royal caffee canteen, etc
I like the teacher were taught so wonderful.

Dislikes

Sports were not eligible for anyone, postality etc..
The walkable distance were so far and difficult to go inside
The buses were not run on every time, it is difficult.

Placement Experience:

Second semester and final semester of the course should be a 90%. Zoho,accenture,cognizant etc.. 90% is enough for placing in the organization. 2000000 is highest and 50000 is lowest package. 90% is enough.

Honest review for srm valliammai engineering college

Likes

Faculties and their behavior is the main thing because they take care of students very well.
Infrastructure are the highly attracting thing because campus infrastructure comfortable for everyone
Parking facilities also highly advantage

Dislikes

Parking is such a distance so please decrease the distance.
Need to update the elevator and mainteninh it well
There is no stationaries are near to the main block

Placement Experience:

The main highlight in this college is our placement team because each and every students before entering their final semester they attend lost of interviews. And they has good records in the past years. And the average packages is 5LPA. Placement officers are focusing a to z level of students. Because if someone gets high percentage and someone gets low so they provide all the level of students.

My college days

Likes

I like the faculty teaaching and they are friendly.
Things which i like is infrastructure and surroundings with the nature.
Industrial visit tour to isro when the month of feb.

Dislikes

Nothing like that in my college days while im studying.
The staffs were little bit strict for 1st year students.
The next things is college timings for long distance students.

Placement Experience:

From the seventh semester placements have been started and the percentage of entry placements is 65%. There are more than 20 companies in many top companies like Accenture, Cognant, and tcs.

Likes

Going around the campus having fun around it.
Attendance structure is the main advantage
Good faculties to student communication .

Dislikes

Almost less interaction with seniors here.
No celebraties are invited for the student
Can increase more cultural and fun activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The couse I chose was one the most commfortable and heart warming which are taken up the trained faculties . then the labs are not too good but it was upto the mark that we pay as fee.If you study normally well u can clear exams

The sports facilities will be too good with free educat
The library facilities is also good with journals papers.
Students can get the ideas with the help of faculty

Dislikes

The lab facilities is also not good with machine
Wifi is not good campus there will be a some glitch.
The garden is not good enough in the college

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are also good with companies. From the 7th semester onwards students can able to attend the placements. Nearly 50 companies have visited the college for the placements offered.

Things i liked in the college is placements.
Facilities for the sports is also too good
Library facilities is also good with journal papers.

Dislikes

There was some coconut trees in college. The coconut leafs was not removed eventually. That was one back log
Lab facilities was nice but sometimes lab faculity geeting angry. When we mislead the equipment

Placement Experience:

The college can provide the placements with a good package. The average package would be nearly 4 LPA . By the end of 3rd year, you are eligible to attend the placements. Nearly 90 percentage of the students get placed.

Likes

The environment was nice. The staffs was very helpful .
The labs were in good condition some of the components were broken
Everything that i experienced in my college were nice.

Dislikes

I dislike the main thing is that some of the components were broken in the lab and not working properly
Some staffs were pretty rude but most of them are friendly and kind.
These two are the things i disliked nothing more than that

Placement Experience:

I am studying in the third year so the companies were not yet coming to recruit employees. But I heard from my senior that most of them got placed in 2-3 companies. I plan to do my higher studies abroad after working for 2 years.
