The tuition fee increase policy was a bit shocking and was not needed. the total cost of my education was around 50k. the college was supportive of all types of scholarships. I myself am an inspire scholarship rewardee and the college was really helpful and considerate while doing the steps and guidelines.

The fee structure of B.Sc.(Hons) Statistics course is around 20000 per year. There is a slight fee hike in every year . The college is providing fee assistance for the students from backward families those whose can't afford to pay the annual fee. And there are some scholarships provided by the Indian government like Central sector ,Post matric etc

We have to pay around ?20000 per year and then around ?2000 exam fees every semester. The fee is too low when compared to all the facilities provided. 8-10 students have been placed so far. The number of placed students are not that much

These scholarships are often awarded based on the student's performance in the previous academic year. Need-Based Financial Assistance: Some colleges and departments may provide need-based financial assistance to students facing economic challenges. This assistance could come in the form of fee waivers, scholarships, or other financial support. University-level Scholarships: Delhi University also offers various scholarships at the university level. These scholarships may have specific eligibility criteria, and students are encouraged to apply for them during the admission process. External Scholarships: Additionally, students at Hindu College may be eligible for external scholarships offered by government bodies, private organizations, or NGOs. These scholarships can be merit-based, need-based, or focused on specific criteria
The fee structure is very basic- around 15k tuition fees 1-2k lab fees for computers etc, 16-17k was total for one year, The course was for 3 years. It attracts the best companies for placements and internships. Students also get a scholarship if eligible.
Course curry is a bit more theoretical but we do have practicals. CBCS system is followed and as compared to other courses in DU, it is a bit hectic but manageable. Faculties vary but are mostly nice. Apart from that, students usually have to study by themselves.
The course has a lot to offer and has a great scope. The students bagged extremely good offers in the past few years from some reputed organizations. The course is more updated when compared with any other course. Still it is required to be updated. The faculty is very experienced. The department got a chance to do a research project also for which the funds were provided by college.
The course syllabus was well updated accordingly and the academic facilities were good. The faculty is where the college needs to improve because a few teachers are not well versed with their subjects or with the entire system of imparting education to students in today's world.
