- Food, but don't recommend meals on Friday or Thursday, i don't know why but tastes a little weird.
- Time & Space for fun activities to refresh your mood after hours and hours of study
- Teacher - Student relationship, here professors are really helpful.
Dislikes
- Sometimes i see garbage bins empty and area around if full of trash and it takes like 1 hour for cleaning staff to notice it and clean it.
- Bullying is kinda ignored here, all those high status kids bully others and teachers sometimes just walk past them.
Placement Experience:
In my batch, after the completion of 3 years you could go for post graduate courses or opt for placements which were most of the time in colleges or other educational institutions.
I remember the least package was like 8 lpa and highest was 40 lpa or something.
I never opted for placements because i had other plans in further studies but have heard from others that students are getting placed in good institutions as teachers or other faculty member with really good packages like 6 lpa or 8 lpa as freshers salary.

- Most liked thing in our college is the society activities. There are several types of societies active in our college. They conduct various extra curricular activities which is necessary for the overall development of a student
- Faculty of our college is very frank. They are the backbone of our academic performance
- Infrastructure of course. We have a large playground, LP area for engagement,good canteen, AC
Dislikes
- Political inactivity of our college should concern us I think
- Principal is very strict. Sometimes it feels like we are in a school not in a college
- Mandatory attendance issue must step down as you have many societies for extracurricular activities
Course Curriculum Overview:
Our college is following NEP 2020. According to which,we now have to read seven papers instead of 5. Value Addition Course(VAC) and Skill Enhancement Course (sec) are added. I don't really think these extra 2 paper really enhancing our skill. I think it dilutes our honours courses. We have three core paper and one Generic Elective and one EVS. Core paper is read deeply and I really think that these three paper enhances our understanding

- Library I liked the most in college campus.
- Mess price in college canteen is affordable.
- Social interaction is also nice in this college.
Dislikes
- Dirt in the time of DUSU election like posters spread every where.
- Canteen is too small for hansraj college crowd.
- Fees little high as compared to other du north campus colleges.
Placement Experience:
As seniors said you are eligible after entering in 3rd year for placement.75 percent students placed whose from commerce course.Deloitte ,Zomato etc such big companies arrived past in our college campus.

- I liked that our college have students from whole around India
- The fees is less compare to others universities
- Professors are very intelligent and helpful

- Sometimes I disliked the quota system in college
- Sports equipment are good but not the best
- Canteen food is not of much good quality
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course cirriculum could have been better as it sometimes have some baseless points amd talks. Many bogus scrap courses like VAC and SEC they are not so important but still carry a big chunk of CGPA

- The campus is very big and vibrant. There is always something or the other going on.
- The societies are always active and the LP area of the college is always crowded and is very happening.
- The classrooms are very spacious and are fully air- conditioned.
Dislikes
- The academic part of the college is not very great and there is no system.
- The societies are not very welcoming as such.
- The people are not very friendly and you have to find your people.
Placement Experience:
I am currently in first year so dont know about placements in detail but i know some seniors who have landed an average package of 5 to 6 lakhs rupees per annum. The placement cell of our college is very active and ensure the student are in touch,

- Personally I liked library of hansraj college because it is a quiet place to to study in your free time and it have lot's of books on every stream to boost your knowledge
- The second think i like is LP area where there is lots of social interaction with other stream students irrespective of their gender.
- The staff is also very Friendly and they encourage students to choose your long term goals
Dislikes
- The wifi connectivity in Library and limited availability of seats in Library
- The gym is only open for the students who is in any sports
Course Curriculum Overview:
I pursue BA programme in HISTORY and ECONOMICS. It is course of my choice because i want to clear UPSC in my first attempt after the completion of 3 year college degree. This course is over-all better because there is no deep study in it and assignments are also Easy and less time consuming. And the life time is used for social interactions and other enjoyment of college life.
The degree have 6 semester of 3 years .
Each semester have 1 semester ending exams
First in January and second in june. The exams is not that much difficult because only some self study and attention in class can achieve you higher marks.

- There are many things that I personally liked about my college, but the library of the college has to be in the top list
- The Speciality of our college is its classrooms. it is among the only feww colleges in du to have AC's in every class with smartboards and projectors.
- The faculty of our college is also top notch
Dislikes
- The Food quality of the canteen is one thing which disappointed me. The canteen in our college provides very cheap quality food
- our college also lacks the required sports facaliteies that should be improved.
- The fees of our college is also a bit expensive as compared to other colleges in DU . this is the one aspect which needs to be improved.

Placement Experience:
Placements levels in our college are average. The Average package in College is around 8lakhs. the highest package goes upto 36lakhs. placements are mostly offered to the students studying in either BCOM or in Economics. Around 60 percent of the students from this courses get the placement . many companies like Gshaw, DELL , McKenzie, DELLOITE,etc visits the campus for recruitment. aroun 50 companies comes every year.

- I liked the crowed of the hansraj college
- I also like infrastructure and college enviroment
- some faculty are good but some are wierd in nature
Dislikes
- some professor are very irrogant and conservative
- Politics in my college is very bad and its very create a lots of chaos during elecation
- Studnet union is worked under college principal pressure.

I love to explore philosophy i loved to know the perspective of differnt differnt peoples and its very tough to get college in north campus like hansraj i worked hard for the same and after a lots of hustle i got my dream college

- Classroom are fully furnished. And ac rooms.
- College ground is so maintained. All sports activities were accomplished.
- Gardening and cleaningnes is so satisfying.
Dislikes
- Campus is little bit small but not too small.
- Due to same unsatisfactory reason sports ground is mainly closed.
- Hostel fees is high for financially suffering students.
Course Curriculum Overview:
My course is available in few colleges of Delhi University.
So when I get admission to this college i don't know how it will be .
But now I satisfied with the course and college both.
Because I have learnt more than I expected.

- The faculty is top notch and there are a lot of courses in the college.
- Vast placement opportunities and internship exposure. The societies are tremendous and give one a diverse experience in different positions. Opportunity to participate in various competitions to enhance our profile and glorify the name of the college
- Great facilities like libraries, incubation centres, cafe giving one a feel of campus.
Placement Experience:
From 5th semester, students become eligible to sit for placement. The placements are really amazing as top performing companies (Big4), startups, government companies hire students from the campus.
The tier 3 package can range upto 25 lakhs per month which was the highest during our academic year.

One of my friends graduated with a B.A Economics (H) from Hansraj last year. So, I think I can answer your question.
Here are some of the best things about the institute.
- This college has an ‘old world’ feel. The infrastructure of the college is great.
- The fee structure is affordable as compared to other private colleges.
- It has some incredible graduates, including Shahrukh Khan, Ranvijay, and Anurag Kashyap. The list is really long.
- Amazing crowd, the individuals here are both fun and hardworking at the same time. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examinations.
- Some of our professors are truly amazing, you will not find such professors at other colleges, even SRCC.
- There are many societies to explore like dramatics, photography society, and fine arts society, etc.
- The hostel was my friend’s home for three years, and there is simply no better place to stay when studying at Hansraj. However, it doesn’t have a girls’ hostel.
- North Campus has the best college location.
You will not regret choosing the institute.
