The faculty is not only knowledgeable in their respective fields but also actively engages students through industry-relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma and Blockchain, and practical experiences like industry visits and live projects.

The college maintains a student-to-faculty ratio of 360 to 60, ensuring ease of access to faculty support. Faculty members are dedicated to fostering an interactive learning environment, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking, and providing structured and in-depth subject analysis. Courses are aligned with industry standards, with around 12 to 14 lectures per semester per subject, across five primary domains: marketing, human resources, analytics, operations, and finance.
