Internship experience-Jaipuria Institute of Management

Placement Experience:

From the starting of 2nd-year students are eligible for campus placement. Also, if in 1st year during an internship, the company provided PPO, then students can work after their studies with that company. The companies that visit Jaipuria are ICICI, HDFC, ITC, Aditya Birla, Deloitte(mass recruiter). The college makes sure that almost all of its students are placed in the company. Its keeps its placement process on till student are placed. But it guarantees 90% placement of students. After getting the degree, I would work in the company is placed, and would also work to start some business when I get financially stable by myself.

Life at Jaipuria

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are good. Many big brands over the years are visiting the campus for the placement process. Companies like HDFC, HUL, Amazon, Infosys have visited campus. During these difficult times also, college is doing a great job in getting students placed. Currently, 85% are already placed. The highest package offered this year was 21 lacs and the average package 5.5 lacs( a little less this year pertaining to Covid situations)

Placement Experience:

Our placements start from 4th trimester, that is, from August and remain till the end of the course. Various companies such as Deloitte, Anil, HUL, HCL, Careers 360 and so on various our campus for placements. Even the students who have been offered PPOs from their internships can sit for the placements. The packages are also quite good.

JIM Lucknow placement 2023 has been concluded recently and more than 300 recruiters visited the campus and offered jobs to 930 students. Among all the recruiters, more than 110 companies visited the campus for the first time. JIM Lucknow's average package stood at INR 12.34 LPA, showing a 25% rise from the previous year, and JIM Lucknow's highest package stood at INR 22 LPA. JIM Lucknow placement also received 7 international offers from Indicaa Group Limited. Some of the major recruiters included HDFC Bank, Deloitte, PwC, ICICI Bank, HCL, Eclerx, and many others who participated in the JIM Lucknow placement in 2023. ?BIMTECH Placements 2023 is concluded. A total of 367 students pursuing PGDM courses were placed by more than 92 recruiters. There were 30% new recruiters at BIMTECH Placement Drive 2023. BIMTECH's highest package stood at INR 23.43 LPA and BIMTECH's average package is disclosed at INR 11.25 LPA showing an increase of approx 20% from the last year. BIMTECH's top recruiters for the year 2023 are ADP, Wipro, E&Y, Deloitte, KPMG, Kantar, RBL, Euromonitor, Yamaha Motors, Panasonic, TATA AIG, etc.
