Faculty:

The faculty of college is very good. The faculty is very professional and well knowledge , friendly. The faculty is present every time for any time of help. The faculty treat every student fairly. There is no discrimination. Each and every student treat well , equally by the faculty. The faculty give good and fair marks in the exam.

College which teaches you more than Books.

There were around 30 subjects in our course and each course had 20 lecture in which 2 lecture was assigned for presentation. The average age of faculty is 45 and every faculty tentatively have a good qualification and experience of more than 7 to 8 years. Like for example there was a lecture on future options and derivatives which taught about the call and put option along with how to behave in bearish market and how to behave in bullish market.

Slice of my life!

All the faculties are superlative and have immense industry and teaching experience. All most all of them are fellows or doctorates. Apart from regular faculties, a number of industry experts visit us. The unique thing is, none of the classes feel like lectures as all of them are filled with some classroom activities and practical learning.

The faculty of the college is the primary selling point of it. They are really good, knowledgeable and qualified. They always motivate to apply the classroom knowledge for practical applications. Teaching methods included case studies discussions, industry visits, interactions with industry experts and lot of assignments for checking the practical application.

All the faculty members with PhD scholars and most of them had rich industry exposure. Each faculty member had its own pedagogy approach which eliminated monotony and promoted adaptability. The professors took deep interest in mentoring students for competitions, events and other extra curricular activities and due to good infrastructure they were approachable at all times.

Average at Best

The Faculty is one of the best parts about IMI, at least till the time I passed out. For e.g. for courses like HR Consulting we had working professionals teaching different parts of the course to really give us a flavor of how it is done in the corporate world rather than any book knowledge. Some faculty members were not even half decent and use to just waste our time.

Faculty is helpful and positively aggressive. Most of them are from different industries and bring along a flavour of rich experience. Some faculties are involved in government projects with ministry. They involve students in such researches that gives immense exposure. Case study method is the preferred mode of teaching.

For operations most of the faculty was visiting faculty but 2 of them were real good. For finance most of the faculty was average. Marketing was above average.
