Experienced faculty with real connection to the tourism world and they guide you to connect through events, seminars, etc.

Dislikes

The faculty present is great but a single professor is managing more than few tasks of both lectures and management and they are also working for tourism industry which clashes their work overall
Lack of intrest of students in taking classes

Faculty:

The number of faculty in compare to students is a little less and their is one professor teaching many subject. One of the best faculties are the ones who have been working for years in the institute. Like Ramakrishna sir, Chandrashekhar Barua etc. There is no faculty to dislike as maximum of them are really good at what they do and teach. The number of subjects varies by semester and the exam level is moderate. There are hardly any failing studen6and the curriculum is solely around the tourism and management industry.

Simple and sober

Ratio for girls boys is like from out of 102 students in a particular batch 50-55 are girls and rest are boys. We have good number of faculty with very positive, friendly and warm nature. Total are 3 years in which there are 6semesters per semester we have 3exams 2internals and 1external internals carry 10 marks each and externals 60 rest the markings are from attendance and assignment.75% attendance is compulsory. In every semester subjects change relevant to tourism and management only.

Its amazing, supportive always available for help and clearing doubts. Course is very detailed and the insights about each course is given in detail by te professor or the teaching facility with quoting examples. The course is divided in 2 parts of calculating marks i.e. project (30 marks) & written exams ( 70 marks).

Indian institute of Tourism and Travel Management

In BBA there are around 4-5 lectures (average) everyday. The faculty is young 30-45 years of age and all of them are NET/JRF. Most of them are PH.D holders. All of them have experience in travel and tourism/hospitality sector. There are a number of guest lectures where you can interact with experts of the industry.

Tourism change life's

There are 5 to 6 lecture in a day with 5 days in a week. The hierarchy is depends on the experience they have with the relevant industry. The faculty's are highly educated and good sound knowledge they have that will definitely provides you the clarification on each and every subject. All the faculty have the relevant experience of the industry with some minimum qualifications and some are PhD holder as well that helps every student to get the best knowledge.

IITM pursuing excellence and the Temple of Tourism

There are very good and experienced faculty members in IITTM who are very motivating and supportive as well. The teaching methods used by faculty in IITTM is very good. The classes have well-equipped projectors for the smart learning of students. They give us practical knowledge too and they give us assignments and give an opportunity to explore ourselves.

Me and My College

The facilities are very professional and if qualifications are considered many facilities are doctorates and every teachers holds a PHD. Degree in tourism. It is compulsory to get a PHD degree for becoming a faculty in our college. They are very friendly and Average age of the facilities is 35-37 years. They get many projects thourough the Ministry of Tourism, that makes them one of the top tourism professionals. We had our class timing for 9.45 A.M to 4 or 5 P.M depending upon number of classes. There are approximately 5-6 classes in each day. There are many special lecture and many guest facilities comes to share their experiences.
