The faculty in the college is amazing with great learning and experiences
Constant presentations to improve your communication
Co curriculum for students too excel in different fields

Placement Experience:

I have seen avg of 96 percent where people carry on their business or they don't meet the skill level of recruiters because of not keeping up with the college. But if you're doing decent you can expect a placement from the college very easily. Avg package is 8-9 lacks

A overview of IBS PUNE

Likes

Teachers are well qualified with a full Hand control in their respective domain.
They focus more on practical knowledge by teaching all concepts with real life applications
They provide internship assistance completely and club events which help in building networks

Dislikes

Campus area is small in aspects of square foot and no garden area to chill
Not compete facilities for outdoor sports.

Placement Experience:

From third semester students becomes eligible for placement. Companies that come are HDFC , HDFC prudential , shapoorji , cab bank , Deloitte and many more.Number of offers made was around 100-120 highest package is 16 lpa and average is 8. 9 9 percent students get placed . I will be working in corporate for many years after degree as marketing domains

They focus on Summer internship program which helps students gain practical experience of the corporate world, they maintain discipline in the college by maintaining certain rules which are same for all.
The faculties in the IBS Pune campus are great and they are always focusing to teach in the best manner and use their experience while teaching. So Ibs pune provides experiential learning opportunities.
Extra curricular activities and events conducted by clubs in IBS is one thing I really like about it. There are various clubs in Ibs which help students gain hands on experience in organizing events.

Dislikes

They are very strict regarding to the formal dress code, specially with boys. This thing can be changed to atleast semi formals in regular wear
Long Duration of each class. Each class is for 75 minutes.
Campus of IBS Pune is very small. Also if we get selected in any company we cannot apply further in any company.

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college is quite decent of 95-96% every year. The Roi according to the fees is quite decent. The average placement is 6-7 lakh rs the Highest placement is of 16-17 lakhs. The international placement package goes upto. 30-35 lakhs

The campus placement of the college js decent. The average package is 6,00,000 per annum. Companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Unity Bank, TCS, EY, etc. comes in the campus for interview.

Remarks:

Basically there are N no. Of reasons to select ibs pune for mba - case study , practical learning, summer internship program for various industries, quality leaning approach, other practical approach for upgrading your skill through various certification

Remarks:

First of all i would say that they management and campus were great in terms of infrastructure and past placement records then i thought of joining this campus and college for my further study Teachers were highly qualified in their own field as well as having a large corporate experience to provide the ground reality near the student to identify and understand the various strategies which corporate took at every turning with their performance and growth

Can I get some honest reviews regarding IBS Pune's placements?

Here’s presenting some of the honest facts by one of my friends, a student of IBS Pune. In the batch year 2015-17, the class strength was about 250 and that of the junior classes was 450. The institute tries hard to get their students placed in the placements. But it all depends on the individual, their performance in their placement interviews.

IBS does not guarantee any placement. They just provide assistance.

IBS Pune offers MBA/PGDM in specialization such as HR, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
Most of the placement jobs are of Marketing and Sales.
It also offers International placements but they are limited. Only 3-4 companies from UAE and Africa visit the campus for placements.
Some of the international companies that visit the campus are Link Middle East(Dubai), Khimji Ramdas (Oman), Satguru Travels (Africa), etc.

International CTC Offered	9-15 LPA

IBS Pune is better than most of the other colleges in Pune in terms of placement. If the student is open to marketing jobs, then IBS Pune is one of the best options.
