- In briefing phase, a series of seminars are scheduled for the candidate to give an understanding about the programs in IBS.
- Candidates will have to opt for a slot whose link will be made available at the official website, convenient to them before January.
- This will be followed by Micro Presentation and personal interview round.
- The final merit list shall be drawn on the basis of admission score, past academic records, work experience, Micro Presentation and PI performance.
- Candidates will be intimated over email/on the website as the merit list; regarding their selection and shall be asked to submit the course fee accordingly.

IBS Pune PGPM How to Apply?
Documents Required
- Scanned photograph in jpeg or gif format (size maximum upto 25kb and dimensions approximately 140 – 160 pixels.
- Valid Email ID and phone number
Steps to Apply Online:
- Fill the Online Application form
- Candidates are required to submit all their personal and academic details.
- Upload the scanned photograph at the mentioned link.
- Enter the admission test score you want to use, to take admission into (IBSAT or GMAT®/CAT/NMAT by GMAC™ ).
- Select the program applying for and institute as “IBS Pune”
- Upon providing all the details, candidates are required to submit the application via online mode.
- After the application form is submitted, an application fee of INR 1800 is to be paid using credit/debit cards or net banking.
- After registration, the candidates will be given a unique application number and password.
- Students can use the application number to log in through the IBSAT website and complete the process, if not completed before.
- Print the application form and acknowledgement slip for future correspondence.

IBS Pune Scholarship
ICFAI Business School (IBS) Pune offers various types of Loans and Scholarships to students. These scholarships are given in the form of concession and later gets adjusted from the program fee. Various scholarships offered by IBS Pune are given below-
- Digital Marketing Ambassadors for a period of 6 months INR 6000/- per month will be offered as a stipend to students who have flair for digital and Social Media.
- Library Assistantship for a period of 6 months INR 5000 per month will be offered as the stipend to the students. These students are required to work in the library after college for 2 hours for 3 days a week.
- Computer Lab Assistantship for a period of 6 months INR 5000 per month will be offered as a stipend to the students. These students are required to work in the library after college for 2 hours for 3 days a week.
