IBS Kolkata Course and Fees
ICFAI Business School (IBS) Kolkata offers a two-year full-time PGPM Program. Eligibility for the course is a Graduate degree with 50% aggregate marks with the medium of instruction as English. Applicants not meeting the IBS Kolkata eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score. Applicants in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva / assignments) before May 31, 2025.
Further, candidates who have qualified based on IBSAT/CAT/NMAT/XAT/GMAT score are called for the selection process.
The selection process includes Micro Presentation and Personal Interview. Moreover, the final selection is based on past academic record and performance of the candidates in Micro Presentation and Personal Interview.
The course fee is INR 9.09 Lakhs for the 2-year programme. The available seats are 120 - 200 for different programmes.

IBS Kolkata Scholarships
IBS Kolkata offers scholarships to its students based on score in IBSAT 2024. IBS has announced scholarships worth Rs. 10 Crores exclusively for top performers in the IBSAT-2024 test, scheduled for December 28-29, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria:
- For Toppers in IBSAT Candidates who secure top ranks in IBSAT 2024
- For Wards of IBS Alumni
- For Physically Challenged Candidates
- For Wards of Defence Personnel (In-service/retired) from Army, Airforce, Navy, and Paramilitary Forces.
A total of 500 scholarships will be distributed by IBS across all its institutions. Each scholarship amounts to Rs 2 lakh per candidate, with the flexibility of adjusting Rs 1 lakh each in the first and second term installments against the program fee.
ICFAI Kolkata also provides INR 2. Lac scholarships on the basis of the student’s scores in the entrance exams like CAT/NMAT/XAT/GMAT. The final selection is based on past academic record and performance of the candidates in Micro Presentation and Personal Interview. Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks with medium of instruction as English. All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis). Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2025. Applicants in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva / assignments) before May 31, 2025. The admission will remain provisional until they produce marks sheets and degree certificates establishing their eligibility. The last date for submission of proof of graduation is November 01, 2025.
