IBS MBA Phase 2 Admission 2026 Selection Schedule Out; Applications Open till March 13 @ibsindia.org

ICFAI Business School (IBS) has announced the commencement of the Phase 2 Selection Process for its MBA and PGPM programs for the 2026-28 academic session. This phase is specifically designed for candidates who have valid scores in CAT, NMAT by GMAC, GMAT, CUET PG, or IBSAT.

Admissions are currently open across all 8 prominent IBS campuses such as IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bangalore, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Dehradun, IBS Jaipur, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai, IBS Pune (excluding the Hyderabad head office process). Shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in the selection rounds, which have moved from traditional group discussions to a more personalized Micro-Presentation (MP) and Personal Interview (PI) format. Application fee is ₹1800.

IBS MBA Phase 2 Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
• Medium of Instruction: The candidate must have completed their graduation with English as the medium of instruction. Applicants who do not meet this must submit TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS scores by May 31, 2026.
• Education Pattern: A minimum of 15 years of regular education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) is mandatory.
• Final Year Students can also apply.

IBS MBA Phase 2 Admission 2026 Selection Process

The selection is strictly based on merit, calculated through a composite score:

1. Past Academic Record: Evaluation of Class X, XII, and Graduation marks.
2. Micro-Presentation: Candidates must deliver a 3-minute presentation on a topic selected from a pool (1-100).
3. Personal Interview: An 8–10 minute interaction focusing on attitude, communication, and management aptitude.

IBS MBA Phase 2 Admission 2026-How to Apply?

1. Visit the Website: Go to the official portal at ibsindia.org.
2. Registration: Click on 'New Candidate Registration' and enter basic details to generate a login ID and password.
3. Fill Application: Log in and enter personal and academic details.
4. Pay Fee: Complete the process by paying the INR 1,800 fee via Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, or UPI.
5. Offline Option: The IBSAT Bulletin can also be purchased for cash at any IBS Marketing Branch.
