Course Curriculum Overview:
The course has been renamed under Mumbai University guidelines but it is equivalent and similar to a Full-Time MBA course.
Learning aspects such as Statistics, Operations Management, organisational behaviour, organisational development, Financial accounting etc. My own decision was to pursue HR as that field has been a long time aim for me. The curriculum deals with major aspects of real-world organisational problems and solutions that occur on a day-to-day basis wherein plethora of available Case Studies and reference materials helps the students to get more in-depth knowledge.
Curriculum improvement can be done by increasing regular interactions with Industry experienced professionals and keeping in touch with the huge alumni base. There is a Mid-Term examination of 40 marks and a semester end examination of 60 marks. 40 Marks paper is for internal purposes and the 60 marks paper includes University examination papers in 3rd & 4th semester.
