GRCCM Faculty

The college employs five faculty members, including a Head of Department (HOD), a mentor, and subject teachers. They are praised for their excellent teaching skills, friendliness, and ability to complete the syllabus on time. The faculty is well-trained, educated, and includes highly qualified lecturers, some of whom hold doctorates. The college, despite being government-run, maintains high teaching standards and conducts various cultural and sports events.

Students appreciate the structured examination process, which includes two internal assessments and seminars. The faculty, responsible for around 9,000 undergraduate students, is approachable and motivates students to achieve their goals. Additionally, qualifying as a faculty member requires passing the National Eligibility Test (NET), ensuring a high level of competency among the staff.
