Government College of Commerce and Business Administration Chandigarh Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students from 5th semester are eligible for placements. There are many big names such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY and Trident visit for recruitment and they offer decent packages for freshers ranging from the highest to 12 lakhs per annum and average package around 3 lakhs per annum. Almost 90% students got placed. I have a plan to pursue Company Secretary course after my graduation.

Highest placement of my college is 5.6 lakh per year. Many big companies come here due to the only commerce college in Chandigarh. Companies like Godrej, Infosys, Trident etc. come here to take bcom graduates. 3rd year students are eligible for the placements.Moreover, many internship opportunities are provided by the college with minimum 25000/- package per month.

Bachelor Of Commerce overall is not that good of a course just a graduation degree but its very affordable someone after bcom can expext a salary of around 20000 per month, curriculm is focused on accounts,economics and law

I completed my graduation in a BBA from this college. I feel like overall the teaching experience was totally good but it lacks some facilities that make a place a comfortable place to study for the students. The exams are easy to pass, the courses are completed on time.

well, placements are offered to final-year students i.e. third year or master students but if the second-year student has skills he can apply for placements too. I have not applied yet for any placements that's why I don't know the minimum or maximum package provided in placements.

in the last year of the graduate program students are eligible to sit on the placement of companies and get a job there is many reputed and renowned company visiting the college like hdfc there is 60-70 percent of students get placed in the in-campus placement many of the students have plans to pursue higher degrees in the other countries because most of the students are from Punjab and want to go outside of the country for the job and for the higher education

After Semester 3, Students Starts Getting Into internships provided by the college. And start Getting The Real Field View Of How Actually Things Work incorporates the World. And After Semester 5, Students are eligible For Campus placement. Many companies are coming to our college Like Wipro, Infosys, And intel. The average Package is 3.5 LAKH PER ANNUM Lowest Package is Around 1 Lakh per annum and Highest Package is Around 6-7 Lakhs Per Annum. Only 20-30% of students Only Get Placements.

I choose this course because I completed my Secondary education from the vocational course that why I have good knowledge in this course. The college faculty was very good, well experienced. There is 40 student in one class. All teachers are UGC qualified, PhD. The first term exam was conducted in December and the second term of the exam was conducted in the month of May. The exam was not many tough.

I choose BCA because I am interested in programming. The faculty member of the college is good and the strength of the class is low. faculty are highly educated and some of our PhDs. Teachers are good and helpful. Exams are held twice a year.

I choose this course because of my Intrest in I.T sector. and in this college the student ratio was not big, there are maximum 40 students in class, and the college teacher is very good and their teaching technique was brilliant. Our first-semester exam was conducted in December and the Second-semester exam was conducted in May. The exam was not much tough.
