SDBC Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are provided and the highest package is 12 LPA. I would like to work as a software developer in a well-reputed organization after the completion of BTech. More than 85% of students get placed on campus.

From the end of the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement. Every year number of companies that visit the campus includes Capgemini, IBM, Byjus, Infosys, etc. 10 lakh is the highest package and 3.5 lakh is the average package offered to the student as per their ability. 70% of students every year getting the placement.

From the 7th sem placements starts. And there are different criteria according to companies. TCS, HCL, Zensar, Byjus, and too many companies. Visits I have seen the highest package of 12 LPA and 2.5 is the minimum.

Technical or non-technical companies are visited in our college such as TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, persistence, etc with Byjus, Paytm, Amazon, etc. Almost 85% get placement though with campus placement drive. The maximum package is 12 lakhs in both fields or the average packed is 3.5 lakhs per year. Placement in our college is satisfactory as compared to other colleges.

From starting of the 7th semester you will get different job opportunities. Well there are a huge number of the company visited in college every year such as TCS, Zensar,Byjus and Many students get placed every year due to a great placement training program provided by the college. Which included mock PI, TI interview. The trainer guides you on how you can improve yourself. They are available for you, so you can ask any doubt from them and apart from that every week they conduct a full-length test(FLT) which helps students to assess themselves and accordingly prepare for placement.

Many companies come to our college and if you study hard in these years then you will promptly get the job. They provide internship which helps a student in resume. You have to focus on learning language, data structures, and algorithms to get a placement for yourself.

The placements part is interesting. All the students whether they are weak or talented everyone gets the same attention and the weak one gets extra classes. The faculties are working hard to make a scholar industry fit. Almost every student gets placed during drives. Even the pandemic didn't stop the students to get placed. Online courses were offered so that a student can learn and practice easily. The highest package is 12LPA whereas the average packages are 3.5LPA.

I have been curious about the computer, How it works since childhood. So, I opt computer science from this college because it fulfilled my initial requirement. The ratio of student to faculty pretty decent than other its peer institute. The qualification of the faculty of the is par with the top-notch institution of its league. Some faculties are phenomenal, But most of them are average.

Faculties are awesome, they are always there to help you/ guide you. During this pandemic, they worked a lot to resolve every query of each student. They are there 24*7 for you. Also, every faculty member is highly qualified and always helps you from academics to career-related queries.

From 7th semester companies are visited in this college .many companies are visited in this college like TCS, Naggarow, Tudip, Zensar, Wipro, Genesis, Canopus, Jaro, Hexaware, Upgrade, Cvent, Mango IT, Cloudthing etc. The highest package was 12 LPA and the average was 3.5 LPA this year. Every year placed many students in MNC companies with the highest packages. Some companies having eligibility criteria and some not. However, can say that placement in our college is very good compare to other colleges. Internships also help to get the job of higher packages.
