SRI VENKATESWARA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING in tirupati one of the best and top institutes in the state and placements are good compared to other colleges in the area,,the admission process for this college is two types..either in entrance exam conducted by state government and management( donation and full fees)The curriculum which our college gives us is entirely good and knowledgeble. Some subjects will be tough in nature but mostly will be theoretical only so we can score easily in this course. AI subjects also will be totally satisfactionary in nature.

From the 3rd year 2nd semester the students are eligible for campus placementents more then 50 company's visited your collage and more than 5000 profiles are viewed the highest package of the college is 12 lpa and least package is 3.5 lpa

In my college placements are available.in recent days many companies are came to my college and conduct the interviews and assessments are many students are placed in placements. Placements is a strong foundation for students.

You will have enough time to focus on academics and in extra curricular activities as well. You will have a lot more chances to explore. There a big conference rooms where the workshops and webinars are conducted. Also the faculty uses digital board to show the methods practically and teaches.

I decided to chose this course because of this course has 2 ways of jobs one is hardware side and software side the benifits is more .also I improved a much better knowledge in this course .Exams are done with proper timings .

I think the course curriculum has its strong points but also areas where it could do better. What I liked about it—and why I chose this course in the first place—was the way it seemed to balance core concepts with newer trends. For example, it had some focus on emerging topics like AI and blockchain, which felt really relevant and forward-looking. Plus, the practical components like projects and internships made it seem like I’d actually be learning things I could use in real life. That said, once you’re in it, you notice gaps. Some parts of the syllabus feel outdated or overly theoretical, and not every subject has a clear connection to what’s happening in the real world. For instance, there’s a lot of emphasis on rote learning for exams, which doesn’t always help in building the skills that matter outside academics. One thing I’d suggest is to introduce more hands-on learning. Maybe they could add workshops or simulation exercises that mimic real-world challenges. More flexibility in choosing electives would also help, so students can tailor their education to their goals. When it comes to exams, the frequency is manageable—usually midterms, finals, and some assignments or quizzes in between. But the timing could be better planned; sometimes it feels like everything piles up at once. Difficulty-wise, they’re okay—some challenging ones push you to think critically, but others just test your memory, which feels pointless. Overall, it’s a good foundation, but it could do more to prepare students for what comes next, whether that’s a career or further studies. A little more innovation in teaching methods and regular curriculum updates would make a huge difference.

While I was studying curriculum was prepared by JNTUA. Now our college has its own curriculum based on the students capabilities and focus on core technologies which helps us to get placed in top companies.

the placements are not that much expected than every year it is decreasing only few companies are approaching our college ,if the companies not selecting us dont think about it lets try government job we have high chance of getting government jobs
