The lush green gardens , old architecture buildings , large empty places to study or hangout etc
the seniors , they guide you to the right path give insights on exams and university policies and will hangout
everyclassroom having its own projector inorder to facilitate good learning and help teachers too

Dislikes

classes starting early like at 730 am and ending late at 530pm
no proper food place inside or near the campus which serves proper meals
bad benches and desk in the old departments

I wrote KCET which allowed me to enter a large number of colleges . the main reason i chose this college is because of the following reasons 1.I could get into only some colleges because of my less rank 2.Better placements 3.Good location 4.Less fees

Class rooms should improve little and benches also

Teachers are very friendly and they help everyone if we don't understand or we don't get there point they explain once till we got. So I am very thankful to them and one thing that principal was very friendly and kind hearted
Every teacher take responsibility and if a student is not good at scoring or reading they creat a group for them nd teach them separately I m impressed about that
Is there any problem to the students they can go to there respective team teacher and tell them they will help

Dislikes

There is no negative thoughts about our college
Sometimes they don't give funds I applied alumin scholarships in our college it is only for single parent they won't give i disappointed about this
Some teachers are being rash something otherwise everyone is goo

Admission:

Admission process in our college was not so difficult as the teachers are seperately alloted in order to guide the students for admission process each section of process will be guided throughout we have seperate reservations like OBC where in fee reduction So the fee structure in our college has 2 parts which included aided and unaided I would like to give information about aided where in the fee has to be paid in two divisions one for bank and the other for college we will pay to the college as building fund the admission process will be easier as faculties present in the admission section will help us and guide us

Faculties they are student friendly and helpful us with all problems
Placements we have good opportunities for placement in our college with various companies arrival

Dislikes

Washroom cleanliness is not maintained which is difficult for us to use it
College hours will be hectic like from 7.30 morning to 5.30 in evening it should be reduced
Cultural activities is not much in our college this year

Admission:

So if we are here for admission through KCET then we should have recieved an email saying that we are selected for this particular college and then we have to proceed so it won't be difficult for the admission as the people around the campus will help and guide us in each step through our admission.

Electronics and Instrumentation branch is truly underrated!

Fees is affordable and the faculty are qualified enough
Infrastructure is good. Instrumentation labs are in golden jubilee block
Research is going on in biomedical instrumentation

Dislikes

Sports facilities is not great needs improvement

Admission:

The admission process to this branch will be based on KCET only. Eligibility is 12th pass in science stream and should a Karnataka student to write kcet. The cutoff for this branch is higher than electronics and communication and electrical engineering due to a lack of information about this branch.

My experience of pursuing Computer Science Engineering at SJCE Mysore

Likes

The first thing apart from academics that attracted me was the lush green campus.It is a 117 acres of pure Beauty.This plays a huge role in detoxifying oneself.
The structured curriculum and well educated staff.Well qualified staff teach the students various subjects and leave no room for doubt.
The placement cell is very active and continuously brings offers for the students.

Dislikes

The hassle for reevaluations.despjte being easier and well sought compared to other vtu colleges this process may cost one and also create hassles.
It might be the issue for most of the colleges but a minor discomfort is the concept of attendance which has to be satisfied to a minimum criteria which maybe 75% or varied for various branches.

Admission:

I had got my admission to the college through KCET.while COMEDK can also get you a seat in the institute.I had secured a rank of 4294 in the KCET exam which gained me a merit seat in general category for CSBS.The admission process was hassle free as after the exam the college is allocated and one can visit the allocated centre with the documents mentioned and complete the admission process.

Enjoying with friends and making fun everytime and enjoying the academics tol
Parking the vehicles which made many facilities and a security was allocated for safety of vehicles and the big fest jayciana.
Having a huge big campus so that we can go anywhere. And library.

Dislikes

The canteen in the campus was not a that much satisfied food and the price was bit high.
Giving assignments is the biggest problem of all the students.
I did not liked the toilets and cleaning weekly once.

My application process was a bit difficult process because I had been through an entrance exam to join the engineering course in this college the exam I have been through had a rank as not expected and crossed over 3 rounds of seat allotment for BE in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering the cutoff was about 60000 in the third round. After the third round, I was placed in this college luckily and the admission process was fast enough and got admitted in 2 to 3 hours then I started my course the very next day.
