Surely scholarships are eligible for help to achieve higher education goals and less stress financial assistance are money for financial problem.
Famous personality people would be giving speeches during the time..and also a fun-filled environment involved with fun-loving and creative people involved in it ..classroom seating arrangement and ppt presentation for implementation were too good.
Placements are good and the organisation is dragging great companies that are both improving the career of students as well college name.

Dislikes

Hostel food and canteen foods are poor and catering service are too not gud and not satisfied
Some staffs are punishing unwanted innocent students
Staffs are very strict and have harsh behaviour towards students

Our college has the best placement opportunitiein salem the average package offered was 80,000 and students should not have any arrear are allowed to lakhs package. there are upto 10,00,000 package they said.

Sona college and my life

Likes

There are friendly girls who help us in studies
The hostel is very near and clean and provided many facilities
Conflicts in a healthy manner regarding various field

Dislikes

Staffs are very strict and have harsh behaviour towards students
Management is very strict and often put fine for simple reasons
Parking is not allowed in the college and if we enter the college we can't come out so much vehicles will stand on either side

Placement Experience:

The placement is very excellent in this college and student are placed in high paying jobs for atleast 300000 LPA. Some of the companies are TCL, infosis , software institution etc. one of our senior get placed directly in google

Is really sona worth ?

I liked my college campus very much. It is in the heart of the city . So very easy to travel and easily reachable .
College faculty is very good skilled . And they improving their skills every semester througj NPTEL. It is compulsory for the faculty to complete NPTEL course every semester
Placement Training is very good . They took extra care and extra effort in placement training

Dislikes

College canteens can be improved better . Food taste is average and variety of food and snacks is very less
College parking should need to be improved. Its very tough for polytech students, Arts and Science students , and tech students to access the single parking
I am not a hostel student but my friends said that hostel food is not good and its only veg that too taste average only

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from 6th semester ending. Companies are started to visit our college from 6th semester. Many high package companies visited our college like Cisco with 19LPA , Zscaler with 20LPA, Nasdaq with 8LPA, JSW with 10 LPA, Presidio with 9.5LPA and other MNCs like TCS, Accenture with 50 offers, Capgemini 110 offers, Cognizant etc visited our campus

Electrical engineering is well knowledge course and its difficult iam take this course for play with current and its interesting course, teach methods are the staff well trained and teach for knowledge and experience, exam timings 3hr and medium level

From from the semester of 7th the students become eligible for campus placements. In this college the tier 1 companies were visited. That average package of salary 3 lakh per annum and highest package of salary 17 lakh per annum. That 100% of students get placed.

Vegetarian campus not allowing outside food
Hostel time limit to get in , and strict to not have birthday celebration

There were good placement while iam in. There were good training in corona time as well. People are friendly and helpful everytime when we need. From 6th sem there are companies offering. TCS, Infosys, vuram, kaar, Accenture, capejemini and other companies joined

Likes

Having lot of opportunities to learn new things and improve our skills
Management give full freedom to learn or do independently
Having many placement opportunities like MNC and other companies.

Dislikes

Lot for new technologies came so management need to tell that in fun or easy way.
Need to give more important in sports to improve or showing talent.
Need to increase placement in non IT department

Placement Experience:

In our college, we visit many companies for recruitment. Each company have eligibility criteria. So almost every student is placed in the company. In my batch, 100 per cent placement happened(All interested students). After we graduate also placement coordinator also helps us with the place company.

Yes I like, because my overall experience is learn something new.
My campus life is so great because top level companies are tie up in this college
My faculty members are move on friendly so I like it

Dislike, Because infrastructure are not ok in college
Course also I am disliked because some new course or not to be clarified
Placement also to disliked because it should only a top level of student to take placement

Placement is very well, on my college campus are offered after completing the course In 8th semester students, last semester students are eligible. Info, Tcs number of companies visited and number of offers made highest average package of companies in 182.2 lacks per year. students' percentage in placement is 80% my plan in getting a higher package job.

After a critical analysis of Sona College of Technology, my cousin analyzed the pattern followed by the engineering colleges all over India.

Here is what she has to say about her experience from her time as a student of that college:

It is a private college and she strongly advises looking for other, better options.
The faculty is inexperienced and the faculty is not in touch with what they are imparting.
This college is not the right place for foreign students. The students come through counseling and most of them have never heard about IITs or the AIEEE and/or JEE exams. Their IQ is low.
The college system is absolutely horrible. They do not care about your interests or goals.
If you are a foreign student, then go for NITs and/or II(I)Ts. Or you can opt for studying in some country or stay back in your native country.
Most of the teaching staff as well the non-teaching staff verbally abuses the students and more often than not in public.

Despite the college having a good reputation when it comes to providing opportunities, there are a lot of drawbacks.

The faculty demands to be ‘respected’. Some of the teachers pry into the personal lives of their students and use that against them. The staff uses unfair scrutiny while signing records and attendances. They unfairly judge the students and belittle them thus, denting their self-esteem. Partiality is rampant in this institute. No wonder my acquaintance had such a traumatic experience in college.
